Every time I come here they mess up my order. When I am ordering they are too busy interrupting me with questions to actually listen to my order. I try to check my food before leaving but normally there's so much wrong I end up missing something.I ordered extra pickles on my sandwich but the guy was too busy interrupting me to ask it it was crispy or spicy to listen to that. As you can see in the photos that is most definitely not extra pickles. They also gave us cheese curds instead of cheese fries even after being corrected at the box and I had to ask for the correct item at the windowThis has been a consistent experience for us and have come less frequently because of that. I keep hoping that these things will improve over a stretch of time but it seems like nothing is changing. I just hate having to drive to the snellville location when I want to grab a quick dinner. ?‍♀️

How can a place onion rings at lunch and never have them after lunch. Shame. Open from 10:30-10:00 and not have onion rings at 5:00. Shame

After looking at other reviews, I felt that some reviewers were giving low ratings for petty reasons or just because that could. But I want to be fair and judge this only based on the food and service. So, for me, the food was really good. I ordered a Bacon Double Cheeseburger combo with a Diet coke and a mini turtle sundae. And I really liked it. Especially the fry sauce. And the sundae was REALLY good. The service was quick and the server was very nice. I didn't have any problems with my service. Freddy's gets 4 stars from me. Well Done.

I dream of their custards, and I’m usually really impressed with Freddy’s but the other day they messed up every aspect of my order. I asked for a burger with no cheese, I received cheese. My boyfriend ordered a veggie burger, and he received a normal burger. And by the time we got home, they were closed so we could never correct it. But overall, they’re great.

Disappointed. I’ve been here a few times but this was my first time going through the drive through. We waited over 15 minutes from the time we got in line to the time we got our food.We purchased milkshakes and fries. Milkshakes were good but the fries were less than 1 inch long and were nearly impossible to pick up and dip. This sounds like a petty comment but it’s true and couple that with paying $17 for two milkshakes, two orders of fries and a 15 minute wait in the drive through and that’s why I’m disappointed.The food was fine. Fries and milkshakes are difficult to mess up but poor or slow service is a problem.

Everything was great ?? My burger & fries was so good. The food was served hot & cooked to my specifications. I truly enjoyed my meal, this was a first time visit.

What we ordered: two regular patty melt meals, two kids hot dog meals (1 with reg fries and 1 with chips) and one kids grilled cheese.What we got: two patty melt meals, a fried chicken sandwich, a kids cheeseburger with chips and two hot dog with cheese fries. We only got two correct items that we ordered, but our bill came to $50 with the extra stuff they added. The hamburger meat was so thin that you could see through it and it was really crunchy. We couldn’t finish it.After we ate our meal we ordered ice cream and they even messed that up! We asked for 3 mini ice creams and instead they gave us 2 minis and a large. And charged us for the large. My husband ordered a small vanilla sundae and it came to $4 but was a tiny little scoop. It didn’t even fill up the cup. He ate it in about 4 bites.We complained to the lady at the counter for all of the extra charges and food we didn’t order and she refunded us $6 when they realized their mistake.Needless to say, we will not be back.

My husband and I visited Freddy's today. Our order was incorrect and the burgers were very greasy. We asked for a refund. We spoke with the manager Hannah and was told that Freddy's policy states they do not give refunds. We looked around for the refund policy, but was unable to locate one. She offered a complimentary card to return in the future. We told her we wanted a refund and will not be returning to Freddy's due to the poor quality of service. I asked for the corporate number to make a complaint. Hannah walked to the back and another manager came to the front. He returned our money and did not offer an apology. We asked for his name, but he walked away very quickly. Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the staff and poor quality of food.

Store was very clean and everyone was friendly. Food was very good and fresh. We all had the single with fries and chocolate brownie custard. Store was very clean

The literally shut down the store while I was waiting at the drive-thru window for my food. I pulled in 25 minutes before the were supposed to close and was the only person in the drive-thru. After waiting ten minutes, they turned all the lights off. I had to knock on the window to ask for my food at which point they told me they would make it.
