The food at every Firehouse I've eaten at has been very high quality, all of it very delicious. The limited time sandwiches have all been wonderful. This location earns its full 5 stars because the staff are always terrific. Every mobile order is always waiting for me in the pickup bin when promised. Some locations have me waiting a bit longer but not this location. They also do very well with orders placed in person. Staff do also generally go out of their way to be friendly and helpful.
Pleasant and quick. The restaurant was clean and staff was quick to help when told the ice was out. No messy drink stations, no dirty tables. The tea had visible date and time of brew on the liner. Every detail was on the spot and the employees worked as a team. It was nice to be treated as a guest by everyone and to watch them work as a team with cooperation.Thank yall for being above the norm...would definitely be back anytime I am in the area!!
1st time trying the Firehouse Subs in Conyers. I a Turkey Bacon and Ranch sandwich ? I must say it was good ? I will visit again.
One Person making food with mask off. More talking and joking than preparing food. Sandwiches still on point.
Ordered last night through Uber eats. Normally this location is good but not yesterday. There were globs of Mayo on both subs and I was missing two bags of chips. When I called the store to tell them the chips were missing and how do I go about getting a refund, the young girl (they claimed she was the manager) was extremely unprofessional. She was flippant when she said do you want to come up here and get your chips. I’m like no, that’s why I ordered through Uber Eats! She proceeds to call her GM. I saw where Uber Eats could refund me so I hung up (I was supposedly on hold). Firehouse, you guys normally have great service and food. But after last night and the lack of decorum, I’m starting to question your customer service training.
Good variety of sub sandwiches served hot or cold. Friendly crew adds to the otherwise drab COVID forced minimal seating.
One of the best subs I've ever had! Tried the Jamaican Jerk Turkey, and it almost changed my life! The employees were very nice, and worked quick to get everyone their food. 12 out of 10 score, will definitely stop by again!
The sandwiches were excellent but the cashier Savannah (a black heavy set girl 12/14/2021 @1 pm) was completely rude. I was trying to understand what ingredients came on the kids meal sandwich and she failed to mention that more ingredients could have been added (another customer behind me told me, that was sad as that is the cashier's job, but she didn't care) . It was like she was trying to rush me and was upset that I even came into the store. Another customer asked for their order to be corrected and the heavy set girl whispered something to a white girl making sandwiches. Customer service is horrible eve6but now its leaking into firehouse.
For there to be 5-6 employees and 4 customers, it shouldn't be a 25 minute wait. I'm usually in Firehouse weekly at other locations and get my food prepared quicker with more people waiting
When we walked in for lunch, there were about 5-6 employees who just seemed miserable, and no greeting whatsoever. The food was ok, just disappointed they didn’t have any hot sauce for use, although they had bottles of it for sale. One of my favorite parts about firehouse was trying different hot sauces, but I guess due to Covid, they did away with that. They should at least open one of their bottles for in store use, instead of just for sale. I asked the employee if I could use one of the bottles, and she said I’d have to buy it. Just bad business. Great food, but not great service. I originally gave it 3 stars, but while writing the review another customer was complaining to the staff about how rude they were, so I had to leave just 2 stars. Very unfriendly staff, just a bad lunch experience all together. Me and my coworker came here for lunch at 12:00pm 11/23/21
