Terrible at everything they do. I only go there when Starbucks is busy and I always regret it. They typically mess up my order and forget things, their coffee taste burnt and stale, and today i ordered door dash and they made my raspberry mocha blind. It was half full, no ice, and they didn’t even put mocha in it. Taste like burnt stale coffee with a hint of raspberry. Honestly just wait the extra time in a Starbucks or make your own coffee. They are lucky I didn’t drive down and just drop the cup on their floor. I’m still considering it actually…

Everyone that works there is rude, especially management. They could use a lesson in customer service from Starbucks or Chick Fil A. This location could use a good cleaning, too. I stopped going because they are always “out” of sandwiches, frozen coffee drinks and any ice cream that takes effort to make. Even when you order through the app. I’m sure the owner would not be happy to hear that the people that work there are lazy, rude and not willing to work.

If you are looking for a quick grab for breakfast or something sweet, it's okay. If you're not familiar with DD, the service is flat, and you won't get any suggestions on favorite items or beverages. They specialty coffee they had on the store display they didn't have in the store to sale.

They made my favorite coffee perfect to the last drop today! I tried to fill out a survey online at dunkinbaskinRunsOnYou.com and dunkindonuts.com but, neither one of them worked for me. Any ways they made my day!

I come here everyday and my order is always the same. When I come here on the weekends I always have to return it because the order is wrong or my hot coffee is cold. The first return was because my coffee order was incorrect even after repeating it four times. The employee BP assisted me and gave me a large coffee. I get to the car and my hot coffee is cold. I had to get out of my truck know again. Smh

The service here was not the best. When I entered the restaurant the staff was busy but there were not many people in the drive thru it inside. I order hot food and they said they were not able to serve hot food at the moment. I asked for a donut and they did not have many if them and was told the one I wanted was unavailable. I asked to purchase a beverage and one person took the order than the other gave it to me. I tried to pay and they that came up difficult just scanning my reward card and paying with a gift card I had. Overall not the best experience. I am not sure maybe it was staff storage, food shortages or both but I hope they can improve service.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is always out of something and the staffs Customer service is far below mediocre. They never smile, and almost look like they don’t even want to be at work. Not great for getting repeat customers or retaining old ones. I’m new to the neighborhood and hate that the further one in conyers is not open because I would gladly spend the extra time in traffic to get exactly what I need with great service. They’re always out of bagels (the time does not matter, I’ve tried different days and times to see) and they’re out of certain styles of donuts often as well.Last but not least the drive through order menu doesn’t have a cover. In the rain like today it is unreasonable to have people order in the rain yelling at a machine that doesn’t relay. Having to repeat your order multiple times while being drenched in the rain is preposterous. The manager that witnessed this and didn’t think to immediate rectify this issue needs to be replaced. The interior of my car is drenched now, and I know I’m not the only person dealing with this today. Customer service is more than just the staff you hire, it’s also making sure your customers have a seamless easy visit and exit to your store.I am more than bothered after my visit.

Walked in the salem rd location at 12:30 pm and they had the nerve to tell me they inly had donuts and coffee for sale because nothing was thawed out. Smfh, how do you have 7 employees in a dunkin donuts and u were open since 5am and you arent ready to serve customers 7hrs later. Im bacm daily to bash this location.

Horrible, they make you pull to the front of the store [if you're in the drive thru and take forever to bring your food to only get your order wrong. Smh, never again.
