Ordered via app for curbside waited about 10 mins.. no one ever brought order out so I went inside. My food was thrown on the counter and the young lady with small braids was so UNHELPFUL. Just singing x rated music with me standing there.. with a smirk on her face. Then I still waited an additional 5 mins for them to remake the a sandwich that had gotten cold.. to have my other sandwich get cold.. now that was 20 bucks WASTED.. poor service I am so disappointed
I’ll give it two stars bc the service isn’t bad. But they need to take “Donuts” out the name. They closed for months while they renovated, only to open back up and never have donuts! We went twice in a week, the first time they only had chocolate donuts left and went back two days later and they had no donuts. We went in the afternoon so I guess if you don’t come in the morning you can forget about getting a donut.
This location was renovated so it looks great now with brighter lighting and new furniture. The donuts display case is nice and is setup by the register and no longer behind the cash register. There is also the are to pick up curbside pickup orders, it right next to Baskin Robbins ice cream. The staff was friendly and all the food was fresh. This location is very good with customer service so you will enjoy stopping by ever time.
Morning shift is HORRIBLE! They dont care if your drink is wrong or not. They have an attitude when they find out they actually messed up. There are a few people that actually make the drinks pretty good. Who wants to pay $14 for 2 drinks just to go home and have to fix them? Either that or sit there and argue over them messing it up in the first place. Take the extra drive and go anywhere else but here
HORRIBLE! Don’t eat here. I thought the remodel would have change some things but it’s the same nasty coffee and food. I don’t know if it’s the staff or if it’s the equipment. I ordered a Sweet Peppercorn Bacon sandwich and the egg was cold, cheese wasn’t melted and my bacon was pink. My coffee tasted like rusty decaf water. The location is already in a frustrating spot and to sit in the drive-thru for 10mins for cold nasty food I won’t make this mistake again!
Was in a rush All i wanted was HOT breakfast. The food was ice cold and BURNT?? i asked for fresh food they ask me to pull to the curb and give this trash. I didnt have time for a refund i just threw it away. On top of the awful food, the cashiers were so rude and had terrible attitude snatching the bag when i mentioned my food being cold, smh this is absolutely terrible i will never return. They need to do better
I had hoped that this location would have improved after the renovation. Unfortunately the updates don't make up for the absolute lack of service, speed and product. There were 3 employees in the store but only one working. The other two were sitting doing nothing. I gave up on drive thru since I had been waiting and the new menu was lacking actual information about what they sell. Instead their menu is focused on advertising specials. That is not at all helpful! Inside once again their menu was too busy showing specials and constantly changing rather than just staying the same and showing lists and prices. Also, the employee said she is limited on what she is able to do and ring up because the manager wasn't there and had not logged into the cash register.Needless to say, this location is out of chances. I have complained to corporate many times and my feedback has fallen on deaf ears. I know that this is a franchise, but you think the Dunkin would be interested in protecting their brand.This location used to be 5 out of 5 stars due to their staff, speed and quality. My family used to go 1-2 times a week and the employees knew us and our order. Now you'll wait an hour just to be told they are out of stuff or receive low quality food/drink.
You spend all that time waiting at the drive thru and they still forget items on your order and you have to spend more time going on the inside to get what they forgot to give you. So by that time, everything is cold. We should just start eating at home because these restaurants and their employees are so ridiculous now. Extremely high prices, with low class service. Same old stupidity everywhere you go.
The cashier/server was unfriendly and cold. There was a person yelling out instructions to a group of staff in a demeaning manner about 2 feet away. It felt really uncomfortable as the customers looked at each other in disbelief. The donuts were fresh.
This is actually a 0 stars post. Tried to order a bagel and the associate was very argumentative over ordering a bagel. I don’t even know how that’s even possible. Maybe she was having a bad day or something but I drove off because I don’t deserve that. She was mean for no reason.
