I placed an online order arrived at the store 5 to 7 minutes prior to receiving the text for pick up. Once I arrived inside my name was on the board and realize the pizza had not left the oven based on the listing.Only after the second time asking for my pizza it was realized that it was given to another customer. unfortunately I had to wait another 45 minutes for one cheese and one pepperoni barbecue pizza.This location definitely needs help, as they were swamped during the peak of the weekend evening. The gentleman who informed he was the manager was kind enough to offer a refund and remake my pizza.
$7.99 for a 6 piece that they got from baby birds .? Never again will I order from them . Last time I got a burnt pizza . Lesson learned. Won’t get me 3 times.
Terrible delivery experience. Food is never delivered in the time given before checkout. Delivery time always increases after submitting the order.Didn't deliver the 2 liter soda and they said they would have it re-delivered immediately. An hour later I had to call back just to be told they never sent it out because their delivery driver was still making deliveries. As if they old has one driver
My husband and I pulled in drive thru to pick up an order. As we attempted to pick up the order, we were told by a young lady that we did not have an order in the system. We could not confirm it because we had left our phones at home by accident. We had to drive 25 mins back home to get our phones only to discover that we were at the right location per the app. We called to the store to request a fresh order to pick up. The young lady told us that the order just came out the oven, the order was voided, and money would be returned. When we arrived, the young lady did not greet us. Instead a man assisted us. Unfortunately, the pizzas were cold. Worst experience ever! Definitely won’t be coming to this location again.
Let me join in the complete and udder disappointment of this location.. twice now I have either placed an order online or called and paid. Only to be CALLED back 30mins later to tell me that my wait time has “increased to 2 hours” or I would be given my money back… wait what!?!? I agree with the masses here this place is absolutely trash! I would talk about the third time when I had to wait for me order to be made after I arrived when I called it in but who has time for all that …. I give it ????????
I wish I had seen the Previous reviews early before judging with the convenience of the location. My Chicken Alfredo had only ten bites worth of food…it was good, but it was such a disappointment. It was enough to fill the bottom of the container, and that was it. Nothing more. I know it was only $7, but this was literally snack-sized.
I will amend this order depending on whether or not I get my pizza! I ordered 90 minutes ago and when I try to call the store, no one answers and the call disconnects. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this store again.Pizza arrived! Still hot, but took almost 2 hours! Delivery person was very professional and nice!!
No stars if I could just based on customer service. We were trying to get a pizza today and we were denied service immediately the older woman at the counter asked us why we were here obviously here to get food though? She gave us an attitude said she was the only one working like we were supposed to know that because the store is still open with only one employee??? And no signs on the door letting us know that. Told us to leave bascially or wait 2 hours for a pizza.
My son's 6th birthday, so we placed order at 7:05 for 3 pizzas.Tracker wasn't accurate. Called at 8:10 for them to say it was out for delivery. 9:10, she stated that she didn't even know if they made my order because she didn't see it. So she assumed it was still out for delivery. (I live 8 mins from the location). She requested that I call back in 20 minutes if it didn't arrive. No other options were given. Called back multiple times from 9:30 to 10:10, no answer. At 10:45, another person called and asked did I want to do pickup. When I asked for a manager, I was told to call back next week.
Yeah should have ordered through doordash.com. 2 hours through dominoes. Trash ?
