This store must have the same owners as the store on Dekalb Medical Parkway about 20 minutes from here. Pizza I ordered was absolute trash. I guess I just have to stay away from every Domino's in this area when I travel.If you really want pizza, do yourself a favor and get it somewhere else. Anywhere else. Little Caesars is probably better than this garbage.
Don't cancel customers orders than tell them they have to repay again if they want the pizza they never canceled. mistakes happen but you should make it right. not blame the customer.
OMG. That pizza was delicious. The lady helped me order it with a store coupon. I'm not smart with technology. She was great with customer service. Keep up the great work. Luv ya guys. ?? ???
Good place to start a restaurant or hire people that want to run a business properly. I've tried for 30 mins to place an order only to be put on hold every time I call. This last time I stayed on the phone for 20 mins to see if she would actually pick up...she didn't and she says you're being placed on hold so fast you can't understand her. After looking at the reviews I'm glad I wasn't able to place my order. The date is 04/01/22 at 10:30 pm in case you might care who was taking orders over the phone.
Ordered wings, garlic bread, and a cheesy bread at 830ish pm on Saturday past. I'm still waiting on Domino's to deliver the order. Called multiple times and after 30 mins of picking up, they placed me on hold til I hung up. Called them on Sunday morning to let them know, the guy who answered said they were so busy they had to cancel the order. (Maybe if they hired more ppl that would solve the problem? - But their wages are so low noone wants to work there!) They didn't even bother to send a text or email to say that. I'll be calling my bank to do a charge back. This place is the absolute worst ?
Based on previous orders, they tell me we earned a free pizza. Good! Then they tell me the free pizza must be delivered. OK. But when I ordered the free pizza (for delivery) they tell me that my order wasn’t big enough and I had to order more. So much for a free pizza.

Dominoes is always my to-go pizza but this location is terrible. I order 2 large pizzas and wings at 4pm and did not get it until 6:30. The tracker showed it went through quality check at 4:26. That is ridiculous. And as I anticipated my pizza was super cold. I called multiple times and was placed on hold fir 15 minutes. Then when I called back no one answered. I finally decided to try again around 9 and a lady who wouldn’t give me her name tried to credit my account a free pizza but I asked for a refund.
Wouldn't recommend this dominos. Drive to the other location a mile away it's worth it.
They always have my order right. Especially when I order through the app. If something was done incorrectly they fix it. Most customers give them a hard time for other reasons. I have no complaints about this staff. They always worked hard and do as vest as they can.
