The girls that work the drive thru today had horrible customer service (May 6, 22 around 7pm). I came to del taco just to show my nephew the drink with the lemonade purple drink with poppers . They let me order it without telling me they didn’t have the poppers . The whole purpose of me coming up there was to show my nephew something cool. And when I tell them the drink is missing it, they got an attitude with me, and took the drink back . Horrible service

I love Del-taco! I eat here at least once if not twice a day! The team is top notch they are fast efficient professional courteous Just overall the best! Thank u for setting the bar unreachable for any other chain in comparison!! TAKE NOTES PEOPLE THIS IS HOW FAST FOOD SHOULD BE Done!!
The dining room is not open here, and there are no signs indicating that. I ordered through the app while sitting in the parking lot, and then had to do the walk of shame as I pulled on the door handles to discover they were locked.I picked up my food in the drive thru and had a pleasant experience. My burritos were good, but looked like they were rolled by a 3 year old and were leaking ingredients. I had to re-roll them so they wouldn't make a mess when I ate them.
They are usually very polite and handle late night rushes pretty well. They do great with my mobile orders. Just be sure to check all your food is there before pulling off too far as the line can get long.
When they opened I gave high praise. But as time has passed so have good service I purchased 51$worth of food and not only did not receive what I ordered. I was rushed off by the staff. If I did no have my kids in the car at the time I would have waited and got what I paid for instead, I lost money and they lost a customer.
terrible place , horrible food , my brothers got food poisoning , told them and they didn't care had the most heartless reaction to them they are selling poison and don't care
The 3 times I've been, 2 have been TERRIBLE! I just don't understand. I asked if my food would be fresh, I was told it's always fresh. Yea, fresh out the microwave. Tortilla was like rubber. To top it off service can use a boost. Be thankful ya working! If hospitality isn't your thing, submit a 2 week notice.
I’ve been going here since they opened. The food is usually okay & the people are usually nice. Today I went there for lunch and I went to order what I usually get an was rudely interrupted “WE DONT HAVE THAT ANYMORE..” I say okay and go to ask if she has something similar, before I can finish what I’m saying “NUMBER 5” - very rude and disrespectful… whoever she was she shouldn’t have been taking orders… they lost $$ today. I won’t be back until they change their staff.
I ordered del taco online for pickup at the Conyers store. When my husband went to pick it up they claimed they didn’t have the order even after being shown the confirmation and my husband had to reorder and pay again in person. After making him go through the drive thru 3 times. The next day I called to get my money back for the online order not received and they refused to give me the managers name and said they couldn’t refund my money. I contacted their customer service number and was told I would be sent a full refund but instead was sent a coupon certificate for less than my refund with the wrong name on it. They still have not refunded my money missing order. I consider it petty theft at this point.
