Friendly staff good service
Horrible experience. Didn’t get my order right, didn’t mix my milkshake and it was melted by the time they gave it to me, handed me a sundae literally flowing over the sides and all over my hands and arm. I had to go to the bathroom and wash my arm. I also received HORRIBLE service with most employees looking at me then walking right past. I recommend going just about literally anywhere else in conyers.
This Particlar Dairy queen was high quality and fresh food for the past 10 plus years. Kash used to run a great crew. But in the past year including Today will be my last day Employees are Rude the drive thru Lady is horrible Older dirty blonde haired lady. Food was Horrible. Chicken Sandwich was Raw i bit in to it and started gagging. The pretzel were covered with green Mildew baked in. So Disappointed. To be fair Most of Conyers Fast food is going down hill. BUT DQ was always safe but not as of this past year.
Short/petite probably Hispanic girl maybe even middle eastern, wasn’t very customer friendly. I got my food and then I said, “Oh, I’m just missing my honey mustard” (I did tell cashier that took my payment that I wanted one). But I guess it wasn’t rung up. She just looks at me (not the cashier) turns around to grab one, my hand is outstretched to receive it, but she places it on the counter under my hand. I still say thank you as I grab it but she just looks at me, turns and walks away. I’m sorry if she is actually mute or something and can’t speak. But I never felt so bad for asking for a sauce before. At least the food was good. Ordered 12pm 3-26-2022
Great place clean fast friendly people
Always hot and fresh everytime I go and I got twice every week... Customer service is good as well... The best Dairy Queen in Conyers and Covington area... ? Chicken Tenders and Fries always popping hot and fresh like they just came out the grease and they actually give you your money worth on...
The food was terrible. I will never come back. My food taste sweet and was not fresh. Look like they put it in the microwave and warmed my burger up. The fries was not good also. How you mess up on the ice cream looked terrible. If I was you I wouldn't take my chances with them.
Updating my review from four to three cuz like three times in this past week I've gotten the wrong Burger.I don't even know how to check that, I'd have to open the wrapper to make sure it's right.
The food is of better quality than other fast food. This location is convoluted to find. You want to eat here as opposed to turning in when you drive by. Friendly staff and visited by locals after ball game
Stopped at another DQ down the road from this one and they gave us spoiled ice cream, the folks at the Dogwood DQ made it right. They were awesome!
