Every time I have been to this Cracker Barrel there has been an issue. Today topped the cake! I went into order to go. The waitress took my order. I was told it would be 30 minutes. 30 minutes after I waited, I went in to check on my order. I asked about it. I then waited 20 more minutes to be told by the manager that they lost my order and did I really order. Duh! Why would I be standing there?! After this I will never go back to this location! It’s worth the drive to go a little further to the Madison location.
This location was exceptionally cheerful and willing to seat people at the end of the day ( some try to close early, watch out for this if you are a highway traveler). Tea was as fresh and tasty at the end of day as I'd expect it to be at noon. I did have to ask for jelly with my biscuits but everything was hot and fast and well prepared. The hostess and server were both patient and pleasant. Even the cashier was a delight!
Got my baked potato, there was a huge receipt paper sticking out of the potato. I didn't want to complain so I took it out & ate it. Also, my hubby needed a taller chair, due to a hip replacement, they only had low seating chairs. I was scared that he would not be able to stand up. The waiter saw my husband is clearly disabled & using a walker but chose to sit us way in the back, when I asked for front seating. I was disappointed ? because we chose Cracker Barrel to celebrate our 11th Wedding ? Anniversary & had not the greatest experience.Also there was a fire ? on the outside of the building (I recorded it) The workers took forever to attempt to out the fire.. Please move the cigarette container from the trees. The fire could have easily spread. That was very scary.Update: Cracker Barrel went above & beyond my expectations ! Thanks Frank for your outstanding service & willingness to give customers elite service! I updated my review as I am a strong believer in excellent customer service & you have shown me that today! You are definitely an asset & your prompt response & professionalism was outstanding!

We were a party of 3. It was my husband and son's first time. It was really a pleasant experience. Our server was amazing and so sweet and helpful. My husband had the "Momma's pancake breakfast", my son had the "mini confetti pancakes" and I had the "Momma's French toast with country peach and whipped cream". Everything was delicious! Will be back!!(I was only able to take my picture, they already startes eating lol)

We came on a Sunday on our way home from Atlanta Airport and it wad packed. We patiently waited for an hour. Once seated service was quick and our server was attentive though she was busy with all tables occupied. Food as always deliciously made. Never gets old. Whichever branch we go, we go home full.
Roast beef was good. Only two or three bites of green beans though. We waited over 30 minutes and then were told no squash casserole. We do enjoy our dinner here always.
This Cracker Barrel is always a great place to get wholesome, tasty meals. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts, we both ordered the Uncle Herschel's Favorite meal. Our server Shae was on top of her game, excellent, excellent service!The gift shop is an added plus, purchased a Squishmallow pillow for my wife while waiting to be seated. During the wait, we met a wonderful lady named Karen that was working the gift shop floor. Karen is absolutely one of the kindest, personable people you could ever meet. Janice, the cashier, was friendly and quite helpful with our purchase.Very pleasant experience!!!
Tonight we were lucky enough to have Rodney as our server. We have never, and I mean NEVER had any better service! Hands down he takes the cake! He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even tho he was extremely busy. Our food was delicious! It came out the kitchen hot, and full of flavor! He even recommended a peach tea with lemon that will now be my go-to drink. It was WONDERFUL! Rodney is a GEM! Thank you for the outstanding service you provided us with!
