Do not go here if you have a server allergy. I go to cold stone all the time(not this location). I went to this location today with my family. The wait was probably about 30-40 minutes and they only had 2 workers at the timd we had arrived. Alittle after a third employee had came into the shop. By the time we got to the front I order and they put the spades in the rise station under the slab which they're not supposed to do.Then I started to tell them the proper protocol for which they do at the main location I go to. However, the employees at this store told me, "we don't do that here; the ice cream is too hard for us." Ice cream in the front display was also melting. I've been going to different cold stones for over 20 years, so I know what is supposed to happen.
This place is so slow and I feel bad for the Spanish girl that was working mainly alone. We counted 5 people working and the line was out the door. The was one spanish girl helping everyone else. Another girl kept changing the icecream containers. Another girl was packing half gallon icecream. Then there were 2 girls in the back. We stood in line for 40 minutes. But the worst part was this tall dark skinned female with glasses, a nose ring, and puffy hair employee that kept coming from the back had a horrible attitude. She came out a few times, looked at the line and went back into the back. She finally came out with her bag and a drink and almost ran us over in line getting out the door and never said excuse me or anything. When we were leaving we told the Spanish girl thank you for helping us and we see she is working alone and keeping up with everyone while still being nice.
Visited April 2, ice cream was good, store was clean but the reason I’m leaving a 3/5 is due to the toxic employee that my wife and I watched for 30 minutes degrade a fellow co worker. The store was packed, and everyone was working to full fill orders but there’s no excuse for the young ladies behavior. I actually pulled the girl that was being degraded aside and told her to stick up for herself and If I were her, I’d quit that very second. I didn’t catch any names but I’m considering reaching out to management. Best of luck to the young lady with curly hair, I hope she finds a better work environment!
We arrived at 8:05 so 55 mins before the posted time they state they close and the girl informed me that they were already closed! The website says they close at 9 and the sign on the door says 9!! This is not the only problem we have had with them. We have been in the past and they were without cones and half of the toppings. I asked for the managers number and the girl gave me a private residence number. Done giving my business!!
If you want your kids birthday ruined, definitely pick this location!I placed my order on line from the"ready for pick up now" section and received my order confirmation for a 6:30pm pickup. Get there right before 7 and was told they don't have my cake and I was refunded as if the instructions didn't say Happy 6th Birthday for a child. My lil girl picked that cake out all by herself and was expecting mommy to come home with it. She was so disappointed and because I wasn't notified or refunded I had no clue they didn't have the cake I paid for. Everyone in there seemed to be too high to realize that they ruined my little girls birthday and that I needed a refund to go with not having a cake. They lied over and over stating that I was refunded and I knew I wasn't due to not getting a notification. They wanted me out of there heart broken, no cake and no refund! After waiting off to the side not getting a cake or a refund I let them know that I was calling the police for a resolution... what was left for me to do, I was robbed right?? While talking to the non emergency line a guy came out with a refund receipt and 2 seconds later I got a refund email. This was THE WORST kid birthday EVER! I should've known going to that side of town. They didn't give 2 sh*ts that they ruined our little evening that meant everything to us. If someone had just let me know before I got there, I may have been able to save the day. The lack of caring from a place that's suppose to sweeten the day for you. They really need a adult at that location. I dealt with a bunch of kids and that made it even worse!
Placed order for pickup and still had to wait for my order. It was ready more than 30 minutes ago. All the non friendly associates had to do was get the bag out the freezer. Instead they had my son and I stand there. I could have just came and got in line and ordered for quicker service. Crazy thing is, it wasn't busy.
My fiancé and I went here on January 24, 2022, to grab some ice cream, and it was the best experience we've had. It was clean, quick, and easy to order with the help of the cold stone team. If you enjoy great ice cream, this place is for you.
Purchased a $7 shake and asked for a cup of ice water. The teenager flat out refused to give me tap water and said my only option was buying bottled Dasani water. Two teenagers argued with me over this. I’m not cheap, I just do not like Dasani. I could understand if I hadn’t made a purchase.
Worst customer service ever. They have alot of young kids running the store that need to be trained on customer service. The past few times I have visited, its always a young girl with an attitude. Also when i come to pick up, I am left by the pick up area for sometimes as long as 10 min before I am greeted by anyone. As of most recently, I placed an order on their website for delivery and when I called to inform them that I was missing items, a young man answered the phone, told me to hold on and never came back to the phone. I tried to call back after waiting on hold for almost 5 min and was unsuccessful because the young man left the off of the hook. After about 30 min, I was finally able to get back in touch with them and the young man told me "well what do you want me to do, i cant do anything" with the rudest tone.
It’s not cheap ice cream but you get what you pay for. It’s a lot and it’s very very good. Lots of flavors and way more toppings than flavors. There’s even a few preset combinations of flavors, like the mint mint chocolate chocolate chip which adds chocolate chips, fudge, and brownie to mint ice cream. Got it in a shake this time but will do it again in a bowl. Was delicious!
