very disappointed. Was there for 2 hours. Chuckie NEVER came out and the sign said " every hour on the 30. The manager said "what would you like me to do?" I'm calling cooperate because I feel I spent $28 for 1 hour of gaming and $15 for a drink and a mini pizza and didnt even see Chuckie..Games weren't all workin and the staff wasnt friendly.
The main thing that rubbed me wrong was when my kids were playing we left our jackets at the table to show we were obviously still there but one of the employees cleared the table by taking our pizza tray and stacking the remaining slices on one of our plates. Thats gross. Dont touch my food. And threw away all our drinks but 2. So they knew we were still there or they would have cleared the whole table. They offered us another pizza but still.... You stacked the pizza on one of the used plates REALLY. Oh and the games half of them were busted had to get someone to come fix them everytime pretty much. Im pretty sure ALL the employees hate their lives while at work, I know i would.
Used to love this place. Now, the prices have more than doubled. The prices are absolutely ridiculous. (For instance, the $5-6 salad bar is now $11). Everything is higher but guess what, the employees are making the same low wage! We have not visited in a while and I was shocked to see how expensive it is now. We promptly left and went somewhere more affordable.
We held my son's bday party here at 10 a.m.Perfect time to host a party with no crowd. Our party hostess Amanda was excellent! She was attentive, helpful and assisted me with keeping the party cohesive for a group of 6 year Olds. We will be back! Also shoutout to the manager that morning for greeting us with smiles.
Back in my day Chuck E. Cheese used to be a well respected establishment. I am so disappointed in what this place has become. What used to be a warm, fun place for kids to enjoy themselves has now become a gimmick. There’s less games because all they want to push is parties. Chuckee looks like he doesn’t even want to be there. Giving two stars for cleanliness.
Commendations go out to several employees my family encountered at the Conyers, Georgia on 1522 Dogwood. Our relative suggested we take our great neice and nephews to your location. The children and adults enjoyed the time spent there. The facility was clean, the pizza was delicious. What impressed me most was the service provided by team members to our family. We had driven a 10 hour drive from Ohio to Georgia the day before.Alicia was at the front counter and handled the combo package, and drinks order.Steve helped me with a game that ran out of paper for sketches.Steve also hleped me with a the balls that did not seem to load for another game. He was patient with me.Farrah and Evelyn or Emily (pictured)helped us at the rewards/ticket redemption center. These ladies were patient with the kids as they tried to decide what they wanted from the case.I absolutely loved the churros!I wish the folks in Cleveland were as warm and friendly as your staff. We all had a wonderful time. THANK YOU!
Newly Renovated, New Games, Tasty Pizza, and GREAT Customer Service... THANK YOU Alicia!!
Brianna was awesome! ❤ She greeted customers immediately with a smile. Was very courteous & professional. Will definitely return to this location
Not a place for kids under 4 any more. They remodeled so a lot of the games are no longer there it seems like they added more space for parties And less space for games.. The games that they did have barely work. and they no longer give tickets everything is digitalized and you don't know whether or not you are spending money for the game or if you're getting your tickets they tried to become a small Dave and busters and failed
They were understaffed, no one was cleaning, a bunch of games were not working, there was no sanitizer anywhere, and no one was wearing mask.... it was a breeding ground for COVID and any other cold/flu/germs you would want to avoid. Not to mention it was packed in there and the bathrooms were filthy. AVOID!
