This is the fourth time I come between 9:30 and 9:40 and they always claim is closed already or tell me to order online, and when I try to order online they also claim they’re not able to make an order because it’s too late. I understand trying to close early so they can clean but it’s so just so often. Or just update the website to 9:30 instead of 10:00 and every time it happens it’s not just me, it’s multiple people at the door who are told to cancel their orders or just that they’re closed. Do better please.

Google listing says they’re open till 11. I took a 7-minute detour to come here for a burrito. Vinyl sticker on the door says they’re open till 10. I arrived at 9:48 and the door was locked; the employees shook their head at me. I pointed to the open hours on the door and they just shrugged. As I’m getting in my car to leave, a woman pulls up and parks. I let her know they were closed and she said “Well I just ordered on the app and it says my order is ready to be picked up. The money already came out my account and the app says the store is open.”

Managers please explain to me why I paid $18 plus dollars for this? Not satisfied in the least. I ordered a burrito bowl with extra steak. All I received was steak. Almost twenty dollars for this? No, shame on you.

I visited this location because I was in route home and my niece wanted Chipotle. Google stated that this location stays open until 11pm. It does not ?. Thankfully I got there 10 minutes before 10pm, their actual closing time. I got a kids meal and a bowl. They were good enough. I will say that every time I've been to a Chipotle in the last few months, they've all been just good enough. It's not a waste of money but certainly not delicious either. Could be me and my expectations ??‍♀️

This is the WORST chipotle location I’ve ever been to in my entire life. They are ALWAYS out of something. If it’s not the chips, it’s the salad dressing… if it’s not this, it’s that. They NEVER have your order ready at the promised time…you end up waiting longer than you would’ve if you just came in and ordered from the store. Make sure you check your Togo orders before you leave because they Skimp you on EVERYTHING, and have an attitude if you ask them for anything. Everyone seems miserable to be working there, zero customer service skills. The manager is so nasty and unapproachable. I’ve let it slide one too many times…This place really needs a whole revamp of employees, starting with leadership! Distasteful customer service and very unprofessional staff, as a whole! I will be contacting corporate!

I drove to this location thinking it’s conyers and not expecting this experience for the first time. The girl put a sigh on the door that said you all were out of lettuce cheese and vinegarette, which was false because when i ordered my bowl, the ingredients were there . It was asked if you all were supposed out of cheese then at least queso should have even offered for free or reduced amount. I’ve never been to a chipotle where ingredients were supposed absent with nothing in place of it. We get to the counter to pay and Simone is the cashier . I asked if you all had handle bags or were you all out of that too Simone smirked and said no. I asked for s handle bag and she said i could not have one. She then goes into s explanation under her mask that i couldn’t hear and i told her that’s the bag i prefer it’s easier to carry i told her if it’s that serious I’ll pay for the bag. Simone moaned and frowned and had a tantrum going to a woman who was not the manager My sister then asked to speak to the manager. I then said to Simone that if she is this rude and upset that she probably doesn’t need to be working the counter . Simone then ran up to the counter as if she was ready to fight, about bag and a woman proceeded to hold her back from jumping the counter all while my 7 year old daughter is standing there . The real manager came and cashed me out i told her i don’t understand the attitude asking for a bag and i told her I’m probably old enough to be that young woman’s mother and she was very disrespectful . I avoided this type of service in Lithonia and drove here only to get the same ghetto service from this staff. The threat the jump from behind the counter to fight and my daughter upset i should have called the police on Simone for her behavior. I go to chipotle all of the time and never once in my life have i been treated that way or told no . About a bag ? I think Simone has lost her mind. I will be taking this all the way to the owner of this location if need be. I paid $9 for a bowl with a side of attitude and almost assaulted over a bag that she could have just handed to me. She said because i only had one bowl but the other bags are not sturdy at all .

Horrible serve. Placed an order on a a Thursday night at 9:30. Scheduled pickup for 9:40. Got there at 9:38 and there is a sign on the door closed. I see a few packages on the counter and walk to the side door. To be told that my order was received but they don’t have any more food. I asked about a refund they told me that I had to go to the website to get a refund. Very dismissive basically not their problem. No compassion. I’m confused about how you run out of food and that’s the business. And then not to cancel or shutdown your orders on the system. Then tell me that I have to wait 5 to 7 days for a refund. Horrible customer service, just horrible. This location is interesting anyway because they don’t allow you to order chips on the app. But when you go to the store they have chips.It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received a refund.

This was one of my favorite places to get carryout. Not sure what happened. Female worker walked away from the line...no explanation. Came back 10 minutes later. Needless to say, we were left waiting for her to return. Gentleman had to step in and do his area and hers. They didn't have vegetables. ? They were skimping on the food. Very small portions. Usually 2 people could eat on 1 bowl. Not today. Barely enough for one person. Lost a customer....

I will never order from here again, I found this in my burrito. It’s whats used to tie bread bags or tortilla bags. At first I thought it might’ve been a chicken bone but then I pulled it out and realized what what it actually was. And I can’t even get a hold of any one on the phone. It’s just an automated system that can’t do anything about this problem. This is absolutely outrageous and disgusting.

The good stuff continues w/o chorizo, which should be brought back.
