I ordered food totaling $63.59, all the food wasn’t right and the pastas were cold without sauce. I called the next day due to them closing during my delivery. I asked for my order to be made correctly and was told they could refund my money. It’s over a week later and still no refund.
Unfortunately we never got served after waiting over 30 minutes for our drinks next door we chose to come to chili’s but unfortunately we sat there in the booth waiting and a server with black hair with white tips kept looking at us yet taking care or the people around us. But never greeted us or anything even just stared at us while she was at the server desk never smiled nothing . I’m so tried of people judging people and what makes thing worse is we are really good tippers and I mean really good their loss
We went for a late dinner and the staff here was rude and rushing us out the entire time. From ordering, to eating and paying..our server was hurrying us along so that she could leave for the evening. Not to mention, they said the wait would be 30-45 mins for 2 people when we arrived and we only waited about 15 mins (I believe they just wanted us to leave rather than put our names on the list to wait).Also, my burger was under cooked and our server immediately got an attitude with me as if I was in the wrong, I'm guessing because I had to send it back and that would mean we would be there even a few minutes longer. We got there in plenty of time to eat in peace before they closed, but instead of refilling our waters and asking if our food was enjoyable, our server, the food runner (who put our food down and ran away without even asking if anything else was needed), and rest of the staff was focused on clocking out! I understand being ready to leave for the day, but they could have at least faked better customer service for the half hour that we were there.

Had a party of 3 had to wait about 30 minutes. They were short on servers so a lot of tables were closed. I forgot my servers name but she was not good. Asked for more lettuce for my nachos which took 6 minutes to get. By the time she brought it my food was cold. Also they charged me $1.99 for that. She should've told me this upfront because I really wouldn't have got it especially since it was enough lettuce for 3 nachos smh. Ordered a second drink and by the time she brought it to me the ice had melted and it tasted like water. Seems like she had too many tables. Noticed another table of hers had to go to the to go counter for plastic ware. Definitely won't be back.
HORRIBLE service! Not full cooked food AFTER messing up the orders that were the SAME THING
Food was good, service was ok. It was pretty empty so there was only 1 waitress for the bar area but she was busy. Overall it was cool, I'll go back Samson.
Conrad is a great bartender! The Jameson Margarita was great.
We just stopped in cause we were a bit drunk and needed some food to help soak up the alcohol. Was seated right away. Food was awesome and the molten cake hit the spot...I couldnt even finish it and then we order lunch to go for the next day so we had food for lunch lol...Nice stop and I'd go back...
