They were having some issues today. A lot of people waiting for food but ours was brought out quickly. They had run out of toilet paper. Not a good thing
The chicken tortilla soup had absolutely no chicken in it at all.
They gave me the wrong salad!
Phone order was 79.00 and still didn't get everything order. Chick-fil-A should have checked order to make sure it was right. Normally they are better than this.
They didn’t have large cups they didn’t have lids to fit the milkshake so I had milkshakes spill all in my car they didn’t warn me ahead of time that the lids didn’t fit the milkshakes so I had a huge mess the lid did not fit on the lemonade and cats and they ended up giving me which was a medium and that popped off and spilled all in my car totally disappointed in this visit to Chick-fil-A not only did I spend money I have a huge mess to clean up in my truck

I think this is the slowest chick fil-a drive thru there is on this side of town. Breakfast stops at 10:30 so how come those that are in line at 10:20 or before 10:30, aren't able to order Breakfast? Is it due to them not managing the drive thru customers effectively or did not they make enough Breakfast items to accommodate guests that arrive before 10:30?

Ordered food and got home and order all wrong. Tried calling the store and no answer. Bad customer service!!!
