We ordered a plain chicken sandwich add cheese and a whopper with cheese, ketchup, mustard only and they gave us both with everything one it. After saying i cant eat mayonnaise, it’s supposed to be plain and it’s supposed to have cheese on it, she took it back put cheese on it but it still wasn't plain. Again, I cannot eat mayonnaise. We ended up just going to the Burger King on 138 where they can actually get your order right and the workers don't roll their eyes at you after THEY messed up.?
Got to the drive thru at 10:15pm...they close at 11pm. Was told they have no more burgers to sell only side items...ridiculous. I disputed this and was told that the grill is off and takes an hour to turn back on. In all the years that I have been on this Earth and eaten from burger king...I have never heard of them running out of burgers with 45 minutes left to be open. These workers have no regards to the customers and only care about going home instead of serving the public as burger King advertises. They make decisions to turn off the grill an hour before closing so that customers can get frustrated with the limited options available and leave. Horrible. This is happening every single night and is a poor representation of burger kings advertising of putting the customer first. The owner of this franchise needs to be more aware of this misdeeds or they just don't care.
Sandwich maker made our sandwiches on counter top without placing plastic down first. Another worker chipped in to help and placed the buns on paper first, then made the sandwiches, which WAS the correct way!
Burger king is near our home on our way to church. This morning we ordered at the drive thru for what would be our very last time. The order was a 2 for 5 mix&match, a #6 no drink, a small hash brown and a large hash brown. The girl taking our order put everything on the board correctly but was missing the large hash brown. So I told her she was missing it and she put it back on. Total was over $12.00 plus change. Well when we get to the window, we were given a 2 for 4 bacon, 1 double croissant sausage and 1 large hash brown. We told her of the wrong and mi ssing items. She then tells us we didn't order those items. I then clearly again stated what we ordered, what we received and what we wanted corrected. I do not understand why she continued to ask me if I wanted her to add it to my bill when that as what i wanted. Yes we wanted our food but by then my husband was beyond fed up. All we will say is bye bye burger king. We only wish chic fil a was open on sundays. They never get your order wrong. Their long lines also go fast. We moved here from NY and always enjoyed BK.
The food was good but we waited over an hour in the drive-thur and couldn't get out of the line... they need to do better ☹️?
Ordered with the app. Only drive-thru was open. Employee was very abrupt - to the point of rudeness. Fries were cold, burgers were burned. Usually enjoy Burger King very much, but will not go to this one again
The King has changed the game. The $5 Your way meal is the BEST value in fast food right now. The wait time was horrible.
As I went to this Burger King yesterday afternoon, I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. The drive thru alone took over 55 minutes, when ordering my food I can barley hear whoever is talking then I finally get up to the window and she tells me my total and I give her my card . She inserts my card and walks away for 10 minutes ( I received a confirmation already from my bank as I’m still looking at my card in the card reader ) and come back and tell me I need a new method of payment because my card don’t work . I’m trying to show her that I already paid and I’m not giving her another method of payment so she can do the same thing with the other card . She then tells me that “ next time I need to have money on my card “ whereas I ask for a manager and she stated that she is the manager and I can’t talk to nobody higher .I really think that’s this Burger King is trying to SCAM people. But If you want to be honest I really don’t see how you can have such a bad attitude when there is MOLD all around the building. It looks very bad . The name she gave me was “Maria” not sure if that’s even the right name she gave me because this place is so unprofessional. I will not be back and once again will not recommend this place to nobody!!
Food was hot, my order was correct and I was served fast
The food was fine....the appearance in the soda fountain area was terrible. Drinks spilled all is over the counter, cup tops in a unsantatery placement on the counter. Floor sticky ? apparently no one wanted to clean up the area?
