I went through the drive thru to order my co worker's breakfast. I felt like I had a chick fil a experience. The drive thru cashier had the BEST customer service ?? I'll always come to this location from now on. After my experience with the memorial drive location 3 years ago. I never been back to a burger King until this day. Only because it was my co worker's birthday and she LOVES french toast sticks from burger King. But in the process of doing this for my coworker this location won my heart ❤️ I'll return because of the young lady being so nice and putting a smile on my face. It doesn't cost you anything to be nice to others. Thank you young lady ❤️ I wish I knew your name ? Keep up the awesome work of putting a smile on others face ? Well needed during these times. I give 10 stars for my experience
My mother is paralyzed and unable to move her left arm or hand. We purchased a whopper sandwich and asked the Conyers GA location if they would cut into quarters so she was able to easily eat but staff advised they do not cut sandwiches.I am very disappointed. I guess it's a good thing they retired their motto cause you can't "have it your way". I won't be providing them my business any longer.
Never got food. Just stood in line while the cashier lazily pushed buttons and repeatedly asked the customer in front what they wanted. Staff in the back doing basically nothing. Got tired of that after 10 minutes.
Long line waited 15 minutes in drive thru. I thought this was fast food!!. If ur starving or want food quick thus aint it
Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. I’ve been trapped in the drive they line for nearly 20 minutes. What takes so long? Get some more staff? Open the first window? Something…. This is ridiculous.
I do not recommend this place of fast food at all. They were rude all of the workers even the manager that was on duty. They do not take customer service serious everything was a joke. Wish everyone on this shift could be fired.
Horrible experience.. never going back. I ordered the fish sandwich combo. The fish looks like they cut half away, and it was not fresh it was cold. Disgusting! The manager didn’t apologize when I asked for my money back, she instead asked, “where’s the drink?” A free drink for wasting my time would have been too kind. STOP WORKING WITH FOOD IF YOU HAVE BAD ATTITUDES & ENERGY! The first and only bite I took my stomach immediately started to hurt.
Ive never been charged for condiments in my life so when I had to pay for ranch for the jalapeno bites i wanted to get a refund and go somewhere else! Guess im the wrong race for that area of Georgia but too bad im here for a while working for the people of Georgia to better their lives like it or not
Used to eat Burger King all the time now I eat the impossible Burger it tastes real good I just wished I still 8 meat
Very busy Saturday night and with recent experiences at other nearby locations I was pleasantly surprised just how professional the team of young employees was talking care of business ! And did it with a smile ! I learned tonight all bks are not equal. This place was the exact opposite of the other nearby location. I'll definitely stop back in
