First of all the young lady who took my order in the drive thru was not polite at all (no customer service ?). The young lady who took the payment was however. My original chicken sandwich was good and hot. My hamburger was so cold the bread was thick?.
Mayo galore to much lettuce hard tomatoes,and the customer service at the drive through window oh my she was very tacky & not friendly. She barely spoke handed me my food as if she was shoving it to me.I'm done with this location Hwy 138 in Conyers best BK ever so I will go an extra few miles for fresher food and friendlier service.
This has to be one of the worst BK's I've ever visited. I ordered through the app and still sat for 15+ minutes. Then I got my order and the bun was cold like it had just been taken out of the refrigerator. But that wasn't the end... Oh no. My Sprite was nothing but carbonated water. I went to take it back but the doors were locked. And the drive thru line was still wrapped. So money lost. I need to put an alert or something to remind me not to go back ever!!
Food was hot.What I disliked was the sign on the window saying dining room is open but then you go to the door and the doors are locked. If dining in is not an option take the sign out of the window. So people don't waste their time choosing to come here for that option.
The service is terrible. They lock their dine in doors when they get too busy, the drive thru line takes forever, and their ice cream/milkshake machine is always down. This place needs a new owner and new management.
Use to like going to this location but the service has been horrible!! Prices don't match the menu when you get to the drive thru window to pay or they put the wrong food in your bag. I will start driving thru traffic to go to the other location.
If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a curbside order, sat outside for I over 20 minutes only to go through drive thru for him to tell me to pull around. Now my foods cold and now he wants to argue with me, I'm over Conyers and can't wait to move ASAP. Don't eat here you will be highly disappointed.
This is like the fifth time I gone and even though I had to put money on my card that wasn't the problem every time i go and order the whopper with cheese I get charged for it but they always give me the plain whopper and even got my managers Meal wrong and I go iand let them know it's wrong by pulling thru the drive thru again and they say it's what I ordered and nothing they can do about it but got charged for the cheese one and never do they give me a receipt . No one needs to go there and get treated wrong
I don’t understand how they would serve messed up nuggets to people and think it’s ok. Not going here anymore. Yes I use to work in a kitchen to, food like this was never given to our customers for them to eat.
If I could give zero stars I would. Food was cold. My Dad wanted onions rings in addition to what he had ordered. Once at the window and the Manager told him he had to drive back around just for an order of onion rings after waiting 25 mins in drive thru.
