Food is always great but the drive thru is the slowest Bojangles I have ever been to. Only went because kids really wanted it, and this the slowest In line for 45 mins they were taking, one order at a tome then going to the window while the other other cars wait. This facility needs improvement McDonalds feels like a Chick Fil A Line compare to what I witnessed.

This Bojangles is pretty busy the wait time is not as great, but the service out way the wait time. The gentleman the (staff) is very friendly great customer service. There score is pretty good as well in the ninety's. The food is fresh and hot when given! Try this Bojangles and see what you think! Blessings???

They messed up my entire order!!!! I asked for a grilled chicken biscuit combo with egg added and coffee to drink. First of all EVERY time I come here they never remember my coffee. I have to ask for it. This time they didn't even hear me say combo and handed me a dry chicken biscuit with no egg because they didn't hear that either. They need some adults instead of these kids working drive thru.
The manager that is there in the morning and most staff are very welcoming. Customer service and getting my order correct is awesome! But be weary this restaurant stays busy and if you come late looking for the famous steak biscuit sandwich you maybe out of luck. This store gets super busy with the line wrapped around the buliding but they move the line pretty quickly. ?
Short staffed this morning, so lobby didn't open until around 8:15. Of course it opened while I was getting my food in drive through. My Bo Rounds were cold and I didn't get even one napkin with my food. However, the drive through line moved really well considering the size of the line. I like Bojangles food so, I will visit again and I will be sure to let them know about this visit.
Ordered 2 biscuits and they were very good. Wish it was always like that..
TERRIBLE. Out of almost every product they have. No steak, bacon, or sausage. Rude staff. Did not give me a straw. No ice for my drink. No napkins. This location has gone down hill in the last six months. I would not recommend eating here at all.
We get food from here pretty regular and today really takes the cake, all three of our orders were wrong, there was supposed to be two 2pc thighs with two fixing one had a wing and a leg the other a breast and a leg. Waited forty minutes for the wrong food. The other order was supposed to be a 3pc two fixing all thighs had a leg a breast and a wing. Will probably never return to this location.
