This location is by far my worst experience with Baskin and Robbins. I’ve visited this location about two or three times hoping the service will get better and it hasn’t. Management definitely needs to monitor the employees closely or TEACH them professionalism and customer service. Each time I’ve visited I’m rushed at the drive thru and the ice creams that I select they never have. The employees are rude and act as if you’re bothering them. Each time I have drove off and went to my local Publix and picked up the baskin robbins in their ice cream section! Less hassle and less attitude. If you all want to stay in business please hire a better night crew. You don’t have to worry about my business anymore but I wanted to leave a review for the next person to not waste their time at this location.
Very upsetting to feel pressured to order, and then telling us that they can’t make what we want because they don’t have bananas… which isn’t even in the drink we ordered. Most of the ice cream wasn’t even labeled, so we decided to just leave. Disappointed
Renovation wasn't worth it and the teenager need to keep the place clean while they are having conversation, also recognize when customers are coming in the door.

My cake was COMPLETELY wrong after being made the day I ordered it?♀️ I ordered vanilla with pralines and cream but I got chocolate mocha almond no where near right and she can’t have chocolate.
Said open until 10pm on Saturday. It's closed at 9pm. Exactly why I always just go to the Covington location.

My kids and I came to this Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin Donuts location to try one of their mangonadas that they have promoting on their signs on 04/02/2021, and the girl that works their told me that they don't know how to make them. When I asked "why do you have the signs for them if you don't know how to make them" she told me that no one came to train them and show them how to make them. When I ordered something from the Dunkins menu she kept cutting me off when ordering and at the window she gave me an ugly look and said "here." Way to go Baskin-Robbins/dunkin donuts, promoting something you can't sell. Very disappointed again with this location. If it's not rude staff it's something else. Not coming back to this location again.
Aweful customer service. My first visit and I will not return. Ive never been to a Baskin Robbins that I couldnt buy a hand packed quart of ice cream. Only handpacked pints. I dont have enough time to elaborate on the poor customer service. Be prepared to eat it right away. The ice cream wasnt hard and i brought 2 additional pints for the freezer only to get around to see it has a sundae top. I asked about the hard pink top and was told they dont have it. Wth first and last time for me.
