Most everything we ordered was not available. We weren't told this until well after we placed the order. When we ordered a replacement it did not come with the rest of our party's food. In fact, it never came. Everyone was done eating so we had to cancel the order. The server was nice though.
Horrible!!!! Server had an attitude for some reason. No greetings, no introduction nor gave off the feeling our business was wanted. Ordered burger and fries burger was good but fries were cold. Asked for more fries and received more cold fries. Had to ask 2 different people for napkins. When it was time to leave we were charged the wrong price and guess what the server was upset at us for bringing it to her attention. I swear every time I give this location another chance they give me a reason not to return.....Horrible!! Horrible!!! Horrible!!!
Made with fresh ingredients, chicken was grilled with a mildly spicy sauce on top , very filling
If you want good customer service this is not the place to go. We waited 20 mins to be seated and then another 20 mins at the table where the waitress never came to take our order so we left. It wasn't even busy. We went to Outback and received much better service.
The worst Applebee's ever . My wife ordered a pasta and they gave chicken that wasn't cooked. And my fries were cold and hard. I really encourage people to go to another Applebee's around here. Just not this one.
Even though she was busy, our waitress was attentive but not intrusive. Wife's food was a little cold but they immediately fixed it. Otherwise our meals were great. I would go back again.
Service was ok, my burger came 10 minutes after my family's meal like they forgot, also it was about 9pm and the bar tender turned up the music really loud so the whole restaurant could hear it. It was like the 7 people he was serving and him were having there own party and didn't care about anything else.
We stopped in Tuesday for a quick bite to eat, while waiting for some work to be done and had such a pleasant experience! Our server Jaye, was warm and friendly; answering all our questions and checking on us often. Our nachos and burgers were delicious! Next time we're in the area and hungry, we know where to come!
We came to applebee's tonight To watch the football game in overtime . After we was greeted with a smiling face and a warm welcome by the manager Cat We proceeded to sit down at the booth after having a slight issue with the bartender we then was served byTasia. She was awesome professional, serving us with a big smile and pleasant attitude treating us lwith excellent service and made sure she checked on us periodically With great customer service skills. I love this location because Cat (Management) always makes sure she take care of the customers to the highest expectation.
The service was great. We were seated immediately and the staff was attentive to our needs. We received our food as ordered. The venue was clean and the staff wore masks. Everything was tasty.
