Went here on a recommendation from a coworker, will absolutely be going back.
Ordered 4 trays of pulled chicken for a party- everything was hot and ready right at the time we said we would be there and we got so many compliments on how good the chicken was and everyone asked where we got it. Thank you SO much for great food and fast service !!
The meats are delicious along with the spicy bbq sauce. Portions are big and get you full which is great:) We ordered different sides including mac&Cheese, baked beans, potato salad and Brunswick stew. The sides didn’t have much flavor unfortunately. But the meat alone filled me up and I’d go there just for that. #WeSupportLocalBusiness
Food is pretty good. A little pricey and depending on the time they might be out of food or a long wait. Their nachos are great. The chicken is okay, but the pork bbq is definitely the best of the choices. Would also recommend their potato bakes.
Great service. Clean environment. Amazing food. I got the sampler platter. The sausages are like nothing I've ever tasted.There are hints of a Walking Dead theme, but not much. It should either be leaned into more or ditched entirely. Just my opinion.Brought my son there on his 4 day pass for graduating basic training so we appreciated the touches for recognizing those who serve.I'll be sure to come back whenever I'm in town.
Whoever was working 5/22 made my wife's day. We have never been and wanted to try more than what we ordered and the lady helping her could not be nicer. The food was great and the service was great. I wish I ate bbq more just to get this type of deliciousness daily. Great job zombie pig. Truly columbus is lucky to have you.
Excellent food and service. I was in from out of town and this place lived up to its reviews. The blue plate special was loaded down with their pulled pork and their stew was really good as well.
For me, average bbq is somewhere that is nothing to write home about, but I would eat it if someone gave it to me. Zombie Pig was not it. I had the 4 Meat Sampler. Pulled Pork was OK but not special. Pulled Chicken had what felt like chopped pieces of bone in it. Sausage had, what tasted to me, a maple flavor to it. I am not a maple sausage fan, so that is a turn off for me personally. The ribs were a significant disappointment. No bark, no smoke ring, grey and rubbery. I cant prove that they were boiled, but if it looks like a duck...... The sauces on the table were all good. The Black Beans and Rice were fantastic. This is just my personal experience and opinion. I tried a new place and will continue to eat at Clearview BBQ whenever I am in Columbus.
In town for the NAIiA National Swim Meet and a group of parents from Indiana Wesleyan stopped in for lunch. Food was good. Sides were good. Service was fast. Between our group all meats were sampled and all passed with flying colors. A good stop for local BBQ.
Delicious BBQ!I had the ribs, pulled pork, beans and Mac&Cheese. Everything was delicious and their BBQ sauce is pretty good too. Simple, delicious American smoked BBQ.
