Not impressed. Eaten at Zoes in other locations but this one is a fail. White beans here do not have the iconic rosemary that is so good. Fried corn was ok, didn't know cold dish but tasted best of everything. Chicken very bland and cooked on dirty grill flat top so had hard pieces of inedible food attached to it. Cucumber sauce very watery and bland. Fountain drink rough--too much water mix needs adjusting. Overall poor meal, overpriced and bland bland. Yuck.
I was so hungry that I just cut off the inedible burned parts of my steak (one whole side was burned), and tried to eat the "roasted" veggies that were nearly raw, and the rice that was rock hard and clearly the very bottom of the pan from hours before that I had to keep spitting out. But when I found hair in my food I just could not power through. I brought my plate and my complaints to the person at the counter and said I wanted a refund. He told me the manager was not there and I would have to leave my information for the manager to call me in the morning. No apologies. No shock that someone would have these complaints. We will not be returning and I don't imagine I will have much luck calling the manager. So disappointing.
This is definitely better than your average fast food type restaurant. I had the chicken kabob, fire roasted corn, and orange slices. The food was excellent with great sauces to go along with it. I was a little surprised that the fire roasted corn was cold but otherwise it was a great meal. The restaurant was extremely clean and the facility was nice. The customer service was excellent.
Had good experiences before, but stopped in for takeout yesterday. Three of us got beans as a side, and they were all burnt. My husbands falafel was also burnt. So all but two chicken kabobs. I called for a refund but they said they’d need special permission for that. All they could give me was a free entree, but I was unable to return and not interested in more burnt food. 24 hours later and I have not heard back. Not really comfortable eating somewhere that doesn’t stand behindtheir product.
Catered a retirement luncheon had 3 people who were vegans and they enjoyed their meals such as cauliflower rice with avocado and cucumber; Mediterranean chicken with rice and vegetables; fafala with pita and Greek salad. They loved it! Dana and crew thanks. The cake was a bonus of goodness.
Had lunch with a good family friend yesterday. We were able to chat up a little bit before we head back to regular activities
It was okay very different than what I am use to. But I enjoyed it.
The people who work at this location are amazing…always super friendly and positive. Love the food too but I’d come just for the afternoon pick me up!
Ordered lunch online at 11 am for a 12:15 pickup. It's 12:44 and still haven't received it yet. 4, no 5 people have gotten their food in front of me since arriving... Heartbroken cause I love the food here... And I still gotta drive back to fort Benning to get back to work by 1 pm... Normally I get great service but this visit was so disappointing.Update: Because I missed lunch, I attempted to have this for dinner.... Got it home cause I'm still looking forward to it after an extremely long day. I dig in and my salmon kebob has absolutely no seasoning and it was burnt on one side... I'm crying cause this could have salvaged my day.... Please do better...
Today I ordered the med chicken w/ grilled potatoes and the spicy hummus…let me just say wow! It was the best lunch I’ve had in forever! My friend also got a steak pita and said it was “very awesome”…everything was packaged nicely and neat as well! Will def order again!!
