Used to be great but now just something to get you thru the day. Took out all the televisions and just now opened the dining room again.
Very clean very quick forgot napkins and sauces
I would give it a 5, but register was down so that made it a 4, making it a minor inconvenience at best that's unlikely to happen again. Outside of that? Food was hot, good, and of Zazby's quality.
We get the Family 20 piece meal and it lasts us several meals. Wonderful!
First, dining room is now open. Zaxby's has good chicken. Service was good. Friendly.
3/20/22 My daughter and I stop by Zaxby's around 9pm tonight for a quick bite. When we pulled up to order the lights in the drive thru we're out. It was dark and couldn't see the screen to order. Thank goodness we already knew what we wanted. Once getting our orders then getting home like 5 minutes later, my food was cold and not fresh at all. We literally stay 2 blocks from Zaxby's and my food shouldn't have got cold that quick. Note to myself check my food before driving off.
I will never come back here. I don’t get what happened. This used to be a nice place. What a dump it has become! They should just close.Always “Dining Room Closed! Drive thru only!” sign. Okay annoying but not the end of the world. Then I get to the drive thru and try to order and she interrupts me with “HAAH?!” “HAAH?!”“WE AINT GOT THAT NO MORE!” I’m like okay what about this. She’s like “WE AINT GOT THAT NO MORE EITHA!” I should have just driven off.It makes me wonder. Do they even have anything? Does this lady even have a brain?? And how do they even stay open with this atrocious level of service?? LOL.I have a feeling they won’t be around for much longer tbh.
Always hot & fresh.consistent for years. You have to remind them sometimes for pickles& onions also the onions aren't always fresh
When I went to zaxbys probably about two months I said I wasn't going back, I end up going back today and it was horrible the customer service was weak no communication, the food was over cooked and dry zaxbys was my favorite restaurant maybe its just this one schomburg it sucks!!
What is normally a great location, quick service, with no issues. This time I got chicken they seemed to have been sitting in the fryer well past suggested cooking time. I ordered the great 8 in sweet and spicy. The wings were so crispy I could barely bite through them. They're usually really good here so this is a one off.
