everytime I order at this location I am waiting over 30 minutes. I even asked were they short staffed and I was told no. There was no one in the lobby and we were waiting over 10 minutes in the drive-thru to get our order taken. Do not recommend this location. I also understand this on bradley park which is a busy location. They were not busy.
This is Zax-tastic!!! I’m not one to love going to fast food but if I had to choose a fast food chicken place it would be zaxbys! Their salads are very yum and they have deliciously crispy chicken. The only down side is that it is fast food, while the service is great and it tastes delicious there are many local options that can be much better and are just around the corner!!
They rush you to order at the drive through window to the point that they misunderstand your order. Then get an attitude when trying clarify or correct the issue. I understand and sympathize with short staffing being in healthcare where it’s always been short. Please train your staff to deliver positive service regardless of circumstances that customers can’t control. The last three visits to this location were the same bad customer service, the last visit the store was crowded today it steady but not overwhelming.
Getting to place our order at the drive thru was very slow but getting the food was a quick process. Food was hot and correct. My boys love the boneless chicken wings in terakyi sauce.
Update 6/15/22: The manager Brian called and apologized about the poor quality of food I received. He told me that my meal would be replaced at no cost, whenever I came back. His call meant a lot because most managers aren't calling the customer personally about a complaint.6/13/22 Went literally 10 mins ago. Got home with food and EVERYTHING was OLD and COLD. It's sad people spend there money at these restaurants and can't even get a decent, how meal. This is why I cook almost every day.
The meal was just ok. They discontinued our favorite salad dressing, which was Mediterranean dressing. Not sure if we will order and more salads from this place anymore
So my husband came here two weeks ago and ordered us two grilled chicken salads. The meat was so old and hard and wasn’t even slightly chopped. I called them the same day, gave them the receipt number and whatever else he asked for. The guy told me, my husbands name would be wrote down in a book, here it is today. I come sat at the drive through window for about 8 minutes. I felt that was not fair to the others in line so I drove around and went in. Waited another 10 minutes and was then told, they did not see my husbands name and did I have the receipt. I was never told for him to keep the receipt if so I would have gotten it from him the same day. Why would I need a receipt if I was assured my husbands name was going to be written down! I own sever business and my word is my bond, not only does it build trust but shows a customer that you respect their money. Our money was not respected!!
We pulled up and the line was too long so we went inside, and got to the register and the lady said "one minute." Well 15 minutes later we finally ordered and got our drinks which we got a diet dp and a coke zero and the drink machine was out of flavor so it was just carbonated water. Finally our food came and one of the meals was short on fries and all of the bread was hard as a brick but the three pieces of chicken were good, and we got fried cheese bites, but the cheese was not cooked so it wasn't melted in side.
This place is horrible. Super slow. The ladies in the back where literally sucking sauce off the fingers in her glove and then still using the same gloves to cook the food. Don't want to go there but it seems like if you're white and you go here you are going to get horrible customer service. Restrooms were nastier than a gas stations. Just overall horrible experience
I hate coming to this location! The drive thru takes 30 mins just to order. We’ve lived in Columbus for a year and every time it’s like this. I’ve called and spoke with manager and she says it’s because they are short staffed. Then hire more people!
