Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! Literally the worst Zaxbys in town. I was completely ignored and disregarded about what I had ordered. As well as overcharged.
Staff was very nice and personable. Didn't get my extra sauces I paid for but the food was good and fresh.
Always good. Cooked to order, everything was fresh. Staff was busy but very helpful. Stopped what they were doing to assist me every time I came to the counter. I had the 5pc tender combo.
The absolute best example of a Zaxby's I've been to. The lady to take my order was so kind and courteous. The food was prepared to order and was hot. The restaurant was very clean, bathroom included. Fantastic dining experience from this Zaxby's.
Absolutely amazing wings! I highly recommend the wings and things meal with ranch and a midrange spice level sauce!
So I order and pay for a Cajun club sandwich on the app. The description says everything that's on it. Bacon, lettuce, tomato, ranch sauce. and I get a piece of chicken with ranch sauce and NOTHING else on a bunch. I call the manager and she says oh it's new and you have to add everything you want added UM even though the description says what's on it. So I pay almost 7 bucks for a sandwich with nothing on it, not even bacon.
The lady at the drive thru window Ms Mary, was excellent. She was sooo friendly and courteous. The food was hot and great. I will definitely go back.
Normally my orders are right and the food is excellent but this time it was not. I don't know if it was new staffing or what but I didn't receive what I paid for.
Gave me the wrong orders, was supposed to be 6pc. Plates, gave us 4pc.
