This used to be a fantastic location, but it has since deteriorated. Both drink machines had been out of commission for a number of weeks. The drive-thru is a joke because it is so slow, and the customer service is terrible. I understand there were issues with COVID, but it is now an old issue, and continuing to blame the service on it is ridiculous. When I want zaxbys, I'll travel to another place till they fix these issues.
I did an online order around 2:00pm, app said will be ready at 2:11. I get there at 2:12 and still had to wait another 15 minutes. On top of that they had no tops for the small cups so I just had to througb them in the trash so that was waste of money. You would think they would of gave cup upgrade for to go orders. Avoid this zaxbys there efficiency and customer service does not exist.
I ordered online ahead of time for a 6:30pm pick up. When I arrived food wasn't ready, was told they didn't receive an order for me however, I had a receipt in my email that I did indeed order and was charged $45. Anyway, they said they would start my order right away because all of a sudden they located my order. Fast forward 30 minutes and my food was finally ready. Sadly some staff were super nice, but others were arguing amongst themselves. I get it that the service industry is short staffed but 30 minutes for so called fast food? This was by far my worst experience here and probably will never order online again at this Zaxby's location.
Just purchased the Cobb Zalad. Found that the cucumbers were not peeled as usual which made them tough to eat. Called to report this & I was told "we don't do that anymore". Why would make a change like that which you have done since the salad was first offered? My last 3 experiences with this purchase have been very unsettling. Especially considering the price of the salad.
Drive in lines are always long and you can't go in the dining room. Drop the drive thru line time.
Sat in line from 12:34 pm to 1:03 pm before getting to the speaker. Sat at the speaker from 1:03 pm to 1:15 pm before ordering. I was told they had online orders they had to take care of first.
This location will continue to lose business due to the customer service. The wait in drive through and the quality of food you receive makes you not want to patronize their business. I would suggest the management team reevaluate their data and locate the root cause of this long wait. Or choose better individuals to be on your management team.
Haven’t even ordered yet and the drive thru hasn’t moved not one car in 30mins. Totally unacceptable when the lobby is closed and they’re like this everytime I come so it’s not like they just having a busy day. Seriously need to do better and stop being cheap. Maybe when you hire more people you won’t be the worse zaxbys in Columbus anymore ??
Went threw the dive threw and ordered a salad and I got a sandwich I did not order a sandwich and my sweet tea was was un sweet I came here at 4:20 march 1 Tuesday .
The food was good and the driver-thru service was awesome!
