The Oreo ice cream rolls were delicious!!
We were the only ones in the restaurant... me and my 3 kids... it took them almost 30 minutes to make basic ice cream rolls. It's an ok alternative to ice queen. Which is the only reason we went (ice queen was closed).

The short guy working here all the time doesn’t know much about anything involving the product. I have a dairy allergy and asked could they be made dairy free to which he responded “I dont know anything about it, we just order it”
Kids tasted and approved ?. Service was friendly and fast. Dining facility was well lit and clean. The kids enjoyed seeing how the rolled ice cream was made.
Tapioca is wonderful! I've never had it as fresh as Yummy Villa's. Highly recommend going for about 50% sugar, it's plenty sweet.
My kids love it but when we get the rolled ice cream it has little flavor. Almost like it's watered down somehow. Other than that it's always pretty fast service and good sweets
I’m sorry Kung fu Tea for cheating on you, but this Bubble Tea was awful. There ice cream is okay and I like how they roll it up in a wrap. Ice cream yes, Bubble Tea is a no go
The bubble tea is terrible the icecream and other stuff is great but the bubble tea is a big no it’s watery and just gross it’s not even brown sugar boba in the drink it’s regular boba if you want boba goto Kung fu tea because yea a big no for me.
