Place was very busy, but was very efficient, not a long wait. Cashier was training and didn't ring it up right, but the manager (? Maybe owner) didn't charge me the difference. Haven't tried the gelato yet, but the customer service is amazing, so we'll be back.
Pizza looked good, I had a pannini sandwich and it was very tasty. Soft drink machine was not working, so no sodas.
Ive been wanting to try this place. Went there at 0810 on 6/15 to be greated at the door and be told they are closed reguardless that the door says 9pm and they had a family dining in. What kind of business makes their own rules?
Custom pizza any way you want it - what more can I say! Great spot for lunch. Friendly, helpful staff.
Amazing workers. Unbearable conditions for them, had three team members walk out because the back kitchen was 80 degrees. They had to shut the doors early. Management can’t keep staff and they treat them like trash. Very sad. Do better
good pizza at a good price
Got the bbq chicken panini w/ a caprese salad. Didn't realize it moves like Subway or Firehouse so, I just kinda stood there lolSo be prepared for tht ~But, the food was great!! ??Also, got the Nat pasta for a family member - they said it was delicious so..???
At 7pm on pie day we were turned away at the counter with them saying they were out of dough. Today I go and they say that they didn't run out of dough and that they were open till 8pm. Numerous people were turned away. Can't do business with dishonest places. Staff was very rude and said I was a lier when I mentioned this happening.
Tonight my family and myself visited your restaurant at the Landings in Columbus, Ga. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:40. The workers were rude. The young lady, named "Maddy", if that's her real name, was over the top. They had the fridge cart/topping bar scooted way away from counter, couldn't not even see. Was being rushed by Maddy. My wife couldn't even see what was being put on her pizza. My wife said she couldn't see the toppings. Maddy said, "you can't read?" She put my pizza in before I was ready, I asked her to pull it back out. She was definitely frustrated. My wife paid for 3 pizzas and drinks. Then asked to speak to manager. Maddy said she is the manager. My wife told her her cust service was poor, that she didn't have to be so rude. She argued back with my wife and said I give good customer service and smirked. She was very argumentative, instead of apologetic. They quickly cooked(under cooked) our pizza. We was sitting down to eat, then Maddy walks up with 3 boxed pizzas and said " I'm gonna have to ask you to leave", still not closing time. I have never been to any restaurant spent that kind of money, and then told to leave before even taking a bite. This place has always been our favorite in town. But not anymore, due to rude service. And trust me we know a lot of others that will hear about the poor service at this your pie location.
Staff is friendly. We really like every pizza we have tried. We always get a Ceasar salad which is fresh and tasty.
