Came in and was greeted by the helpful staff. A young man named Zach served me he was very kind and helpful. The food is usually good but great service will take a place to the next level!! I will definitely be back!
Food was excellent , chefs made my food fresh to order. I would 100% recommend this location. The staff are nice and friendly,especially the young lady named Kayla . If your in Columbus I highly recommend you stop in and enjoy their Baja burrito
Food was not fresh at all!!! My salsa tasted like fish water. The soda wasn't even cold. Best thing I had was the chips. We use to love this place??
Jamie & Zack are AMAZING! Restaurant was so clean! Fast service and so friendly & nice! Was my first time going and I'm definitely going back because of Zack ❤️ absolutely a treat to talk to, also food was so fresh & amazing!
Went in the other day cause I haven’t been on so long. The service was great the person making my nachos I think is name was Zack? Did great. He made sure all the toppings were spread out and in general just had a nice attitude. Definitely recommend. I went for the food but will be back for the service!
The nachos were decent but with the short wait time and amazing service I will definitely be back to try something else.A young man named Zach was especially helpful and attentive. He managed to get my daughter to smile and talk to him, something most waiters fail at.
I love this place.... the works are so friendly... I love the atmosphere. Every thing is fresh and hot... the leaders of the the restaurant is awesome about how they handle certain situations.. Jamie and Judy are the head of the store and they do a wonderful job and if I had someone ask me where is the best place to eat I would say Willys Mexican grill
One of my favorite places to eat. Came in today and Zach was super friendly, put together a great tasting burrito and checked on us towards the end of our visit. Top notch hospitality. My buddy Red and I will be back soon!
I went to Willy's as usual and got my Willy Philly. I suspected this would be a routine visit as usual, but unbeknownst to me, I would be greeted by this angel known as Zack. We only had a short conversation, but his plucky stick-to-itiveness and bright persona changed this normal visit into a special one. I left the restaurant with a positive outlook on the day and I was able to accomplish a goal I had for the day in record time. Thanks for being awesome Zack!
