I was just here today for the first time. Our server “Chelsea” was excellent. At no time did our glass reach empty & always checked on us (she was kinda cute too!?) I had a burger and the others had wings. Everything was delicious! The inside appeared very clean with TVs everywhere. We are just a tad too early for the live music. I’d definitely return and highly recommend u check this place out. Don’t forget to tip your server well. Thanks again Chelsea & see ya next time! ??????
Food was really good but the service not so much. We had a big party and our waiter was either new or really just didn't care or couldn't handle that big of a table. It took an hour and a half for us all to get our food and there was only two other tables seated. The atmosphere was nice
We were here almost 3 hours because of bad service. Our lunch turned into a dinner. We sat down and didn’t get any service. no drinks. No utensils. for half an hour. We waited an hour and a half before we got our entrees. If you’re understaffed, you could have let us know so that we could go somewhere else. The only reason we stayed is because the kids were so hungry and at least got their food first.A 10% discount for our inconvenience?! and then you want a 20% tip? Thanks so much ?
Saturday night , went to hear Whiskey Moon play. The dinner plate was fair. The tenders and tater tots were bland. No seasoning. The tenders were tiny and on the rubbery side. The food was not hot. Did not complain due to short staffed. My tea came out in a styroam cup.Everyone else had red cups. I paid almost 20.00 for the meal. That's way too much. The waitstaff was nice. I can't remember her name. I will go back and try something else on the menu.
Waiter was awesome. Restaurant was not busy. Problem tonight apatizer was messed up. Also after coming to this location and others many many time was the manager told us we could not order appetizer way usually do so was charged for another appetizer to get house chips which were old and hard not the usual experience . Had to eat my food with plastic utensils. Advised they were out of silverware. Then during meal was told they ran out of clean cups so started getting to go cups. Employees standing around but out of dishes. Worst part is manager never come and addressed a issue. Whole restaurant was not the usual wild wing experience.
I have been going to Wild Wings over 5 years, always had great service until 4/23/2022, this so called General Manager was very rude to a friend that was there to celebrate her birthday, she assume because I was talking to them that we were together ( sis was wrong) I had invited my friends to hear the band, she literally kept talking like we were lying, the other people left angry, she said “ I need you too move from this booth so I can sit other people here” her tone was very rude, number one people are grown, second at no time should I been told the waitress make $2.00, who doesn’t know they work for little or nothing, third she was very unprofessional, she went around talking to other customers about what happened, as long as sis is the GM, WW don’t ever have to worry about me spending my money there, and to educate Miss unprofessional I make over $25 PH, before Covid would travel to different states to train Customer Service Representatives, the waiter/ waitress always give excellent service at WW
Great atmosphere and great entertainment!
It was extremely busy and the live band was cool but they could've turned the mics down a bit or a lot. The GM made being seated a treat, after they kept skipping us and seating other people cause nobody called or texted me when our seats were ready. The food was good though, it was really packed that night.
New mgmt, with corporate’s assistance, is trying to get back on track. We are working hard to be your favorite place to go!! Apologies for slow or bad service.
Once again wild wing never disappoints with the crappy service & horrible tasting drinks. Haven’t been here in a long time & decided to stop in for a couple of drinks & as usual it was awful. When is corporate going to step in and do something?
