Had a pretty rough experience here. They didn’t have what I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. They kept adding to my order when I said well I don’t want that then I want this. I expected it to be about $15 or so but somehow it was $29!! I had to ask what was my order and with attitude they told me and I never ordered a burger even told them I don’t eat beef!! I still paid $18 and got a darn burger in my bag. The whole thing mad me so upset. I was late starting my road trip. Not sure I will come back again. The attitude and lack of care for customers rubbed me the wrong way.Thankfully my food was hot when we got it.
We were the only lobby customers, plus a few drive through. Employees were just standing around talking or on their phones while the lobby and condiment areas were a mess. Tables looked dirty. Manager helped with our order since computer system wasn't working so should have been aware. Food was ok but should have been fresher since there was hardly any other customers. Not up to Wendy's standards at all.
The wait time in the drive through was over 40 minutes with 6 cars ahead of me after a couple of cars decided to leave from the waiting drive thru line. That's ridiculous for any fast food restaurant.
Great speed, inside all is great when comes to service, friendliness and quality... now the drive thru you have to make sure they took the order correctly, because they tend to hand incomplete orders (few times) but is because the attention to the customer is not where should be, meaning receipt and order will match but missing items ordered on both.
I have went to get food two days in a row here and the system is down both times. The first time the lady said it would be fixed in 15 to 20 minutes and it was still down 40 minutes later. The second time he said 30 minutes. I'm not going back to this Wendy's
Went in the lobby about 730pm yesterday. Walked to the counter to place my order and I was told the lobby was closed, even though it was open. Rude worker, food has gone downhill the past few years anyway. Probably did me a favor. I went to Arby's .
Pretty busy during my drive thru order. Almost used the app while waiting to order. The app was slow to connect so I just accepted it to be time for an app update. Anyways our order was accurate, fresh and tasty.
Love the Junior bacon cheeseburger. Fries and chili were super hot. Nice staff
Worst experience ever..... Management was running her mouth right in front of me about me..... when confronted about her BAD attitude she shut the drive thru window and continue to run her mouth.... when she handed me my food I asked for her name and her response was "why" and that she didn't have to give it to me.... lol she's a piece of work ....... On top of all this my order was wrong and it was cold..... I will never STOP there again / I would rather go hungry then have to deal BELOW STADARD SO-CALL MGNT .... She needs to be wrote up...... waiting on the Corporate and the District Mgr to call me back
I dont know who the hell was taking orders tonight at 9 pm but they weren't even trying to be helpful. Kept yelling and rushing me and sounded mad af. I work fast food and that's not how you should talk to someone customer or not. Hope whoever it was has a better night than they are currently having.
