Paid and place order for takeout. Order was never called out or made, TWICE!!!(Should have trusted the negative reviews).I just Wasted an Hour, sitting and waiting to never receive a simple chicken and hash brown bowl. I rarely write reviews but I had to today. I went to pick up my call in order as usual and when I got home to eat it I was so disgusted. First off, out of all the times I do pick up orders they have NEVER put butter on my raisin toast. It made me feel like it was someone else’s toast that they left behind. It was also super soggy. I don’t put butter on my raisin toast. Also my waffle tasted like cleaning supplies. I only took one bite of it. If I’ve known that my food was this horrible I would’ve never left a tip on a pickup order. Wasted money and I will never come here again. This was unacceptable.
Won’t visit again, had flies, dirty seating area, took long to get our food the worse Waffle House I have ate at is this location.
One of my regulars.. the bacon cheese steak sandwich, hashbrowns with extra pickles. Yummy. Our waitress was great also.
Great service to customers 1st time to visit this location. Everyone was friendly. Had my food within 5 mins after I placed my breakfast order.
Hostess never acknowledge my presence so I turned around and left. I know it was crowded but a friendly " I'll help you in a moment " would have been nice.
Do you have the rudest person in the world working for you on the N. Veterans Parkway on Sunday May what’s the date 29th . I have never been to a waffle House in my life so where you guys weren’t not on your best and doing great customer service if you continue to do like you’re doing you’re going to go out of business. I don’t know her name but you have the date so you can look to see who she is. Sorry for all of this but I think you need to know.

Worst Waffle House ever!!! I know things are different since covid started but come on now! We went in here last night to eat at about 7:30 pm and they turned us away due to staff shortage ( there were 3 behind the counter working) and said we could get it to go! (Which is same effort as eating there?!?) Who gets Waffle House to go. The staff was rude and this is 3 rd time this has happened at this Waffle House! I’m not going back there again. We went to ihop down the road and it was wonderful! Sad to see a place go so downhill with lazy workers!
Always a place for quick breakfast meal anytime of day. Wish more people wanted to work so it could go back to 24 hours a day.
