It is very very hot, the air conditioning does notwork, the employees are sick, and lookabsolutely exhausted, some are experiencingheat exhaustion, another person who came ineven passed out due to heat exhaustion just theother day. The workers were even told by thehigher ups that they were not allowed to havefans, there have been heat advisories all week.

Sunday morning, poor service. Food came out piecemeal. Had to ask for coffee refills. Got my order wring but didn’t send it back as I was afraid of how long it wold take to get a replacement. Only one or two of the many staff seemed to be alert and interested in their work.

After a bad experience this morning with the WH on Buena Vista Rd, I came here. Even tho they were short staffed, I received the BEST service. I did thank them & told them the accommodations were phenomenal. This is what Customer Service is about. I been in CS for over 10yrs, so I GET IT

Great food. Quick service in person. I called off and on for over 30 minutes to place a to go order. Got the voice recording that the store was busy and not taking orders over the phone. It was 8ish on a Friday night so I could see where they might be busy so decided to go the restaurant to order. Upon arriving there were no cars in the parking lot and 4 employees sitting at a booth doing nothing. There were no customers they were helping as the Waffle House was empty besides them. Questioned why they were not answering the phone for to go orders and was told their phone has not rung. Only 2 of the 4 got up to help me. One to take my order and the other to cook. As I waiting for my food several others came in complaining about not being able to place to go orders on the phone. Two different groups decided to eat in and sat at booths but only 2 people of the 4 worked the entire time I was waiting on my order. This experience made it hard to be as friendly to the waitress as I normally am because I do appreciate those that show up to work but this group should have stayed home as they didn't want to work.

They don't take call ins orders of any kind up there so it took a little while for us to get the food

The establishment was very clean. Our waitress did a great job & had a great attitude. We will revisit this Waffle House!

I was there on 12/20 around lunchtime. I received my eggs a little less cooked than over medium but it was still good. I was accidentally splashed with water, no big deal. Ashley more than made up for it though by providing great customer service. She kept my coffee cup full and checked on me often. I thank her for an excellent customer service experience.

Quick stop for a to-go order !Great service and we were served in minutes.Servers were friendly and repeated the order to make sure it was accurate.Waffle House should consider drive through’s and expanding the coffee line like Starbucks.

Food was hot and good workers were nice and friendly love the food

I didn't eat anything because the last 2 times I ate there I was not satisfied with the food. I was just there with someone. But it could be kept cleaner than what it was.
