The staff worked well together and the food was good.
This location was very busy on Friday night. They had 3 cooks and 3 or 4 waitresses. So they had enough staff to cover everyone but somehow it was chaos. One of the cooks was too busy trying to push out the orders to pay attention to what was ordered and had to go back and keep fixing or adding things to the meals that were missing. One of the few places that can get a to go correct. Food was good. Thank you all at the downtown location for working during the storm.
I was the first one inside to order. Four people came behind me. I had a breakfast sandwich. The others full meals. They all got their order before me.
What can I say I love me some Waffle House. I love the all star breakfast, you should try a peanut butter waffle it's the shiznit!!

Even though this waffle house is 24 hours, they are always closed. If you are 24 hours u should be open. We came here January 28, 2022 manager on duty Shawn Presley
Waited over an hour to get our order taken. We then waited about 30 minutes to get our food; only for the waitress to tell us they forgot to give it to the chef. When we finally got the food the orders were incorrect. Definitely will not return to this location.
