Big Kudos to Robin and Amy our servers were amazing!!!! Definitely went above and beyond with the baby shower we hosted today. Definitely 10/10

When I tell you guy coming here has been the most terrible experience since the new management has taken over. I been here every Sunday prior new management and the service then was immaculate. The new manager Casey has the most terrible customer service! The food was not good nor the drinks. Food wasn’t on time and the wait for it was not acceptable!! I wouldn’t advise no one to come here!! If you do decide to come ask for Mrs Amy she’s amazing, sweet, kind, and very attentive!! Overall I love her!!’
Went on 3/18/2022 the guy singing did great, the food was eh. I got the spicy ckn Alfredo and I liked it but the sun dried ? were tough and couldn't chew through them and it was a lil greasy. Finacè got the boss burger which he enjoyed and the sweet potato fries and omg the cinnamon. So the fries came out 5 mins after the burger and as soon as she sat them down you could smell the cinnamon. I told finacè smelt like fall...he tried to eat them and got through a few b4 he said no more. He got 1 refill, I did not get one...it was just the two of us and they added a 20% gratuity to the bill for just 2 people. Honestly, with the quality of the good and cost of it we won't be back to the Office.
We ate here 4 years ago on our way to Florida and had a really good meal. Covid etc and now this was the first time back in 4 years. First the burger we had was very good. The fries were swimming in oil. The waitress was like ho hum about it. This is our main complaint. You have gone to a mandatory 20% tip with no accountability. We will not be back, ever.

To start off with staff was very rude. Food came out not cooked all the way and server caught an attitude when we sent it back. Staff members sat in booth together playing on phones while tables had empty drinks and some wanted to order food. I usually tip very well but our server was horrible about checking how things were and always had to find them to get our drinks. They stand there as you pay and when seeing my tip I left, rolls her eyes and catches an attitude as she walks away. Not a great experience and will never go back
Food was decent, great decor and atmosphere, 3 stars because my old fashion tasted like it was thrown together. An old fashion needs to be made right.
Ordered boneless wings to go with 1/2 BBQ and 1/2 lemon pepper. When we got them, they were all BBQ. They were not tossed in the sauce but had a little drizzled BBQ sauce on them. The bread fell directly off the chicken so you basically had just boneless/skinless chicken . Then, the fries….the worst fries I’ve ever had. Won’t be ordering from here again.
Went for Brunch a few months back. Realized short staffed. Waiter as rude. He said he was manager but he was very strange. Heard the place had improved so we went today Dec 5 for brunch. Not much change. however our server was very nice. Had a wait but not like last time. Mine and husband's foo was cold. Sent back. I went to cut my eggs Benedict and my plate broke in half. Of course we were not charges. However we are DONE. Will never be back!!
