Review for the location ***2970 N Lake Pkwy, Columbus, GA 31909***Sunday 4pm, Chaos is expected, but slowly began to notice that the grill cooks were drinking can beer in one hand , and attempting to grill steaks like at a home bbq. Display case was pretty empty, nothing to choose from. steaks food was just horrible. We all ordered Chicken fried steak- the batter was so salty, clumpy dark from old grease. The ENTIRE, waitstaff huddled around computer to input tickets. Looking really relaxed and could careless about how their location- how they looked so absolutely pitiful.Waste of money, and valuable time with my family.Sent the steak back , and still was horrible.
The food was great. We had to wait because I don't think they were fully staffed but the food was good and hot and our waitress was amazing. It was 8 of us and she served us fast and efficiently, I ordered steak tips medium and they were absolutely perfect just the way they were supposed to be! Plus the rolls were fresh and hot!! Yyyuuuuum!!!

steak and baked sweet potato was as always good . my husband ordered catfish didn't like the batter so didn't eat much so not so good for him . but service was good as always .
It’s a good restaurant and I think it’s famous for delicious steak. It was really tasty and fresh.But it seems they haven’t been able to manage many customers. The service could have been better, if they would train the waitresses/waiters to clean the restaurant from messiness and a better customer service.Four stars for the food, and only two for the service. 3 stars overall!

We were a party of 12. They did a great job seating us together. The service was prompt and courteous. Our orders were timely. As always the food was perfectly cooked and so tasty! I only wish we had one closer!!

usually the food is great but we were in there yesterday and was very disappointed the the food. My steak was still pink inside, i asked for well done. my sweet potato was cold would not melt the butter. The food has been so good up until yesterday, very unhappy with this meal. My grandbaby's chicken was great buy his fries were stone cold. I think maybe some of the food was put out before the meat was cooked.
Super busy and waited 45 in our vehicle but the service and food was delicious!
