Went there Sunday 7/17 at around 6:00pm through the drive thru. The ladies were SOOO nice. Also, the food was so much better than usual.

Lobby again not open and it was at lunch time on a thursday afternoon. When we do get a chance to eat inside the restaurant the womans bathroom is without soap (this happened 3 different visits). I think we are finished with this location.

Taco bell is one of my son's favorite restaurants. The one on airport had gotten pretty bad with customer service. I could tell something was different today. They are under new management, thank GOD! Oh, and the food was back on track.?

Just went through the drive thru at this location, out of a lot stuff that’s supposed to be new and on display. that wasn’t the issue though, the girl on the intercom was very rude with explaining to my grandmother what came on a power bowl, and then rushed her order. when we get to the window to get the food she slammed the cup holder in her hand where it almost fell, and then held the bag where i thought the food would’ve fell out. my grandma went to say thank you and she had shut the door on her, and she waited for her to come back to ask for sauce which she had already gave us she was just real rude and obviously didn’t want to be there . i work in food so i understand working in the environment but we weren’t rude or complicated so i don’t understand why she acted so rudely.

Understaffed. After using the kiosk instead of using credit card I decided to pay by cash. The manager in charge was not happy about having to go to the cash register to complete my order. Said no one was handling the registers because of being understaffed. Not going to use this location for a long time. Not very friendly at all.

Not open at 7:15 am. Waiting 10 min, made eye contact with 2 different employees and they still refused to take my order. Hours posted on the building and online state that the restaurant opens at 7am. Fast food is about dependability and I’m done letting this second rate chain waste my time. Your manager should be fired, clearly does not care about customers or making money for the company.

Had to wait several minutes in the drive-through but that was okay because my order was correct, the soda was ice cold and the girl at the window was very friendly.

This place is a true mystery. Every time I come by here they are "Out of everything" or "Our entire system is down" or "I can't take orders right now" or "We're closed actually" at 7PM. I have no idea how this place manages to stay open when they're never actually providing service. The employees must be having a blast getting paid to do nothing but turn people away on an intercom. This location is probably being used to launder money or something, nothing else makes sense.

Nice place. Fairly recently updated. Good food.

Visited 4/1/22 about 6pm, on my lunch break. It had been several moths since I visited thus location. The other fast food locations were very busy so I decided here by default. I always check as I go in for the health score, this location posted 100. Upon ordering I notice that the floor in the food prep area was dirty (needed to be swept and mopped). The young lady that took my order was wearing gloves, afterwards she started back towards the prep area and I ask her to change her gloves before she touch the food. She said she does not make the good. The floor and counter around the drink area was very sticky. Normally I would have ask for my money back and left but I need to eat something, I was working late.The food was not hot and the chicken was dry and hard.Within an hour after eating I got very sick.Will not eat here again.
