This place deserves -1000000 stars. They always over cook everything. They have the slowest service and 90% of the time is just bunch teenagers working there. Every Taco Bell in the city is better than that one.
If it was possible I would give 0 stars. Food was terrible and THE MANAGER made me go back and forth with my car to I guess trick the OTD timing. I've worked at Taco Bell and I know that's what it is. Quesadilla was the worst I've had EVER. Had a burnt chemical taste like the grill wasn't clean, cheese wasn't melted, and it had NO sauce. Won't be coming back.
I have been multiple times as it's the closest to my house but I can't recommend it to anyone. They never have the ingredients for half of their menu. They're slow and they mess up orders all the time. Out of the 6 times I've gone my order has been correct once and all I got was 1 nacho fries
First time I had a good experience there in a long time. Last time I went through their drive through they me to come inside and order on their new menu app. I couldn't get it work so I left. This time I got my tacos ? and they were delicious!
Always system issues. Lazy and rude employees. Never has the full menu. I just go to Macon Rd if I want fast food to save myself the hassle.
Went to the taco bell on buena vista rd around 1am no one would ever take my order. I could see if they were busy but I was the only car in drive through very disheartening being that I serve for fort benning (military). I understand short staff but this was unusual and seems as if the person had left or gone asleep, won’t be back!
Went there 30 mins until they closed only for some guy who obviously work there not take orders and when you try to call he play on the phone then place you on hold only to eventually not answer he needs to be fired! I recorded about 5 mins of a video just waiting and waiting and will be sending it to corporate wish I could have played back the times he played on the phone after I attempted to call him after recording at drive through for over 5 mins!!! I have his car and license plate which ever employee drives this are need to be terminated ! U
Great customer service with great products. The two young gentlemen working today provided exceptional service.
Customer service was excellent, but the food unfortunately was not. Rice was mushy, the beans looked like an ice cream scoop, supreme tacos didn’t have sour cream, cheese, or tomatoes. Very disappointed in food quality.
The girl at the window last night was rude and when I asked if they had spoons, any type of utensils she just shook her head no real fast she didn't even look! The quesadilla was burnt and it smelled burnt too!
