Horrible customer service. When we pulled up to come inside I was stopped, and was told there was no more bread and that the lobby was closed. I went through the drive thru, and didn’t get anything I asked for. I’ve never been to a subway, and they didn’t know how to make a sandwich. My sandwich had so much salt and pepper that I could taste it, I asked for onions and banana peppers and lettuce, and got NONE OF WHAT I SAID!! ALL FIVE SANDWICHES WERE WRONG! They put whatever in a wrapper, and handed it out the window. & then when I called up there to let them know my order was wrong they said nothing. Literally, nothing.. the phone was silent and then they nonchalantly said oh……….kay. In a tone very much like “I’m bothering them” AFTER SPENDING MY MONEY ON FIVE WRONG SANDWICHES! No type of customer service whatsoever. They need new employees that know how to make a sandwich and provide customer service. Very unhappy customer, ending the night hungry, with my husband having to go back out to get something else to eat… SMH

This is by far the worst subway that I've ever been to In My Life every time I come to the subway they're very slow and very unorganized I've got there are a total of 57 minutes just to get to the window and then tell me that my order has never been taken even though my order was taken at the speaker box. She said let me take your order because somebody didn't take your order even though I was in line and I spoke to someone then she perceives to turn down her music and then try to take my order which at that point I was aggravated and I told her not to worry about it and I left. I cannot believe I have wasted my life for nothing I hate that Subway and I will never eat there ever again

Do not, do not, do not order through the drive thru. I’ve came here for four years, and I made the mistake again today of using the drive thru due to them closing the dining on Sundays. They throw ingredients or lack thereof into a wrapper and give it to you. Their quality disappears on drive thru orders. The manager needs a performance review.

I am just really tired of the walk in being closed all the time randomly thru out the day morning after noon or night. No rhyme or reason I guess they lock it when they feel like it and do drive thru only

Slow as molasses. I waited in the drive through for 25+ min. It would be faster to go to Publix and buy all the ingredients and assemble it myself.

This place is so slow. Stood in line 25 mins waiting for a sandwich and it wasn't even busy! Just talking to each other about weekend plans and what nit. The only reason I give it 2 stars is the cashier was so kind and trying so hard. It was her first day and she was doing her best with very little to no help at all

I spend too much money at this restaurant to be dealing with four brand new workers who don’t know how to make a sandwich. The cheese on my sandwich wasn’t melted and the chicken on my sandwich was somehow frozen even after it was “toasted”. Meaning they didn’t actual turn on the toaster oven.

This has to be the worst Subway in town. Ordered 2 meatball subs and 1 kids turkey sub sitting in the drive thru for 30 mins. There is not one customer in the actually store. I will not back to this Subway location.

What an awful Subway. The workers move slower than a sloth on Ambien. They didn’t have the chicken that we wanted. We did an app order that said it was going to be ready at 8:15. at 8:30 they hadn’t even started on it yet. Subway just flat out sucks in Columbus Georgia - all the locations are terrible.
