Ordered online twice and came to pick it up only to find out the order was never made. The app indicated it was ready. Last straw was them being completely out of an ingredient and not saying so on the app. Had to pick an entirely different sub that was “of equal value”. The “convenience” of this place ain’t worth it. :) (gave one star because I had to)

I just visited this Subway today (during lunch on a Sunday) & there was only one worker. The worker, Ms.Kat was fast, polite, and seemed very unbothered by the lack of help. Ms.Kat displayed a positive attitude & even apologize for the wait though she worked extremely fast and I didn't have to wait long. The food was great but the customer service was even better!
