I have been through several Subway sandwich shops here in Georgia and I can tell you they have a real problem washing their hands and cross-contaminating. Yes you can get something vegetarian here but I wouldn't since they don't change their gloves or wash their hands. I don't believe I'm ever going to another Subway shop in this state.

Didn't wait around to place an order, manager was too busy fighting and yelling with one of the employees in back.

Employees are very unprofessional, rude and unknowledgeable, slow , very slow to make the food, and again unknowledgeable regarding their own food. Forgetful, from one item to the next. They burned the sandwich of the costumer in front of me, and had to wait for the employees to fuss over it, before resuming very slowly their job. there were 5 people behind the stand, only 1 was working, the other 4 were in a hurry to come and go to and from the back room, constantly, but not doing anything productive. Please don't waste your time any money sponsoring this sad location. you will be happier elsewhere.

Manager is very rude for no reason! She had an attitude because they lost my online order! All she could say was I just work here, doesn't that mean you should work then? The other young ladies helped me and eventually found my order and apologized while she stood there looking ignorant! I will never set foot in that store again! She almost made me lose my religion today . And I called corporate to let them know how rude and nasty she is.

Apparently subway employees can't read orders made on the subway app. Following specific directions isn't hard to do. Anyhoo, I paid for extra cheese plus deluxe meat and got no cheese and so not sure about the deluxe meat...thats some thievery right there. Requested black olives received no black olives. Also I ordered a melt but got a reg sub sandwich. I have pictures of my sub. Can't take it back because they closed at 10 pm but thats okay ima eat anyway because I'm hungry but I won't be back.

Subway is subway…always taste good…but the service at this location is horrible…they had the doors locked at 920 pm..I got in to get my food, while I was waiting, they refused entry to another customer…Get it together Subway

Went there Saturday night around 5:30 the help was very very rude and disrespectful they were making fun of handicapped people and when I got home and saw the sandwich I ordered a steak sandwich not enemies 2oz of meat on it no cheese I did not even eat it didn’t no what they might have done to it .this store does not even rate a 1 star they are the rudest people working not doing there job right and mostly above all disrespectful of the handicap people.I will be calling corporate office in morning to complain will never go to that store again

I wish could give this store zero stars!! The customer service is horrible!! Tall guy with glasses has an attitude problem. Went there Sunday morning at 10 a.m. The sign says the store opens at 10 a.m. The employee walks to the front of store and looks at me, but says nothing. I wait until 10:20 a.m. He still doesn't open the store. He finally looks up and gives me the cut throat sign (I assume he's trying to say there not open). I yell through the window and ask him, "what time do they open because the sign says 10 a.m.and it's now 10:20". Employee gets an attitude and yells something and walks to back.

Best Subway in Columbus, the only thing I don't like is that now I will have to bypass others and drive farther for their better service.
