The staff is almost always kind! But they almost always mispell my name or make my order wrong. :(

Ordered two coffee's on the Starbucks app ahead of time, got there and it was a hour before I even got the coffee's. I actually jad to finally say something to them. All the employees were moving in slow motion and acted like they didn't wanna be there. Never greeted the first person. I would have left but I'd spent 20$ for coffee...
Lid didn’t fit causing drink to spill- asked for straw which was paper thus causing drink to taste like cardboard and it doesn’t fit well in the spout of lid. For what I paid, I should have a regular straw or at least a lid that fit. Took over 3 hours to drink as had to hold a napkin up to base of lid to make sure of spills.
Horribly slow workers, ALWAYS! Spent 30+ minutes in line, left without my drink that was paid for, ended up on veterans and spent 2 minutes! Ridiculous.

Asked for a Dragon Drink and was given a dragonfruit refresher when I asked politely if I could get the coconut milk added to correct it to the dragon drink. The girl refused to add it saying I asked for a dragonfruit refresher when I know I did not and just gave me a refund. She was extremely rude and not friendly which is unacceptable for an employee.
Absolutely one of the worst locations in Columbus,Ga! Every time iv tried to go iv ended up canceling my order because the wait time with 3 cars total is still 25 minutes! Ridiculous! Left & went to the one on veterans, literally in and out within less than 1 minute.
Long line but always worth the wait. Staff very pleasnt.
