Drive thru was very slow mid day. Frappuccino was melted and almost complete liquid, the cookie Frappuccino lid leaked through even though it was completely on, and when I asked for napkins the cashier hands me about 50 being smart about it. We won’t be back.

Not my usual Starbucks but good customer service! Asked me exactly how I wanted my drink when they were making it. It was busy but I got my drinks quickly!

My boyfriend and I just left this Starbucks. It took 40 minutes for us to just receive our online order. They had the online order tickets in a complete mess, as they were randomly picking and making them. As a barista myself, I completely understand how difficult it can be with a rush.But to have waited for 40 minutes for a small order is quite ridiculous. We will not be returning to this Starbucks location and I truly do hope that they can get their online orders straight.

Came here because we had 20min to kill. My wife went inside since the drive thru was around the building. After ordering her drink and a sandwich, she then waited 35 minutes before her order was ready. Only go here if you have at least 30 minutes to wait. Food and the drinknshe got was good but the service was just so slow. We ended up being late to our kids Jiu-Jitsu class.

As a long time Starbucks customer who has traveled globally ordering from the franchise I must say the service here is by far the worst. I use the Mobile app to AVOID waiting only to end up leaving without my coffee TWICE because it's taken over 40 minutes for my order. This site prioritizes the drive thru so don't even bother ordering ahead or going inside .

Being a chain style establishment, your order should be made the same from coast to coast. Nothing is ever the same. Whenever they take your order, they ask for your name, but put "T" on your order. So you're waiting for your name to be called, and your food and drinks are sitting on the counter for minutes. Very frustrating to not have great service now a days.

I’m not sure who ran the drive threw this morning. She was rude and told me she couldn’t break a $50 because she didn’t have change my total was 22.46 how in the hell do you not have change for a 50???? Not to mention I waited 30 mins in line for literally nothing.

Been sitting in drive thru since 5:50pm. It’s now 6:23pm and 3 cars are still ahead of me. Not sure if they are under staffed but this line is always extremely slow in the evening

Ordered two coffee's on the Starbucks app ahead of time, got there and it was a hour before I even got the coffee's. I actually jad to finally say something to them. All the employees were moving in slow motion and acted like they didn't wanna be there. Never greeted the first person. I would have left but I'd spent 20$ for coffee...

Delicious hot Caramel Brulee latte and great service in the drive thru.
