I went through the drive threw, I was very polite and nice.I asked for a venti white chocolate mocha latte hot with 2 extra espresso shots, they tried to give me a large caramel iced machiato. I told them politely I did not order that. Then wanted to correct me saying mocha is not chocolate, when mocha literally means chocolate. So they said they would remake it , I got the hot machiato, I didn't get no espresso shots at all that I paid for and no espresso in it as it should have 3 already , For 8 dollars I got a basic coffee. The order taker was very rude . They also gave me a counterfit 1 dollar bill. But by the end of it I was just ready to go. For the price of coffee I expect to get what I pay for . Highly dissatisfied. I tried to call before I wrote a review but the phone is off the hook. I also never recieved my reciept. It's a good thing bc I would be calling corporate. Things to keep in mind , when everything is already high-priced, getting a coffee is a treat and couldn't even enjoy that. I would not recommend this Starbucks to anyone.
I thought the service was fantastic. I know people really trashed this place as far as reviews go but the young ladies behind the the counter were "hustling" their butts off when I was there. Kudos to this Starbucks.
Cars were wrapped around the building for drive through so we walked in and were the only ones in there. Staff was super polite and they were well staffed. Good job, SR85 Starbucks!!!
My barista was AMAZING very courteous friendly respectful and knowledgeable of the drinks. My first time going in and im sure glad he was there!! Next time yall go ask for Romel.
I always order at this particular store because it’s close by. I always do mobile orders and my items are always ready. No issues here.

Walked to Starbucks 3-28-2022, sign says closes at 8, it was 7:48PM. Now idk how this store operates but I thought most stores stayed open until their closing time.
Pretty weird experience I had here. We were the only ones in line and we tried to have our regular order per person. Three people, so we had three orders. I've never had an issue with it before at starbucks or any restaurant. The guy said only two orders per car. So we circled around and got our third. I might have understood if it was a huge line, but it was just us. On top of that they didn't present the drinks to standard. They just threw them together without any presentation standards. Sad to see GA starbucks lacking, you don't see that in Washington.
Getting somewhat better. decided to return as i just didn’t have time to make my drink before work last week. Drink one was made correctly second was made poorly. the next day only ordered the refresher and it was made correctly. so getting better!
Just about every time I go there’s a young man named romel there and he always gives me the best service . Makes my day every time I go he needs his own Starbucks !!!
