Just left Sonic been there for an entire hour trying to get 4 coney's for my kids. The speaker not working...at drive thru and 3 pull up screens are out of order. I ordered one pretzel stick and didn't get my cheese dip. A couple of the employees was out in the parking lot talking to people horseplaying. The manager really needs to get it together
Awful service been waiting 45 min for food several cars drove off they have a special but not enough employees poor mgmt
The cream slush was good but the hamburger doesn't taste as good as it used to taste. It's no taste to it.
This location is so slow. They are telling people only drive thru is open, but don’t have the car hop lanes blocked off to indicate that. The staff sounds miserable. The first time I came they messed up a simple cherry limeade. If I wasn’t pregnant and craving cheese tots, I would not have waited in the forever long drive thru line. Speed it up Sonic, y’all are creating a bad name for a place my family has loved for years.
Got my sister an unsweet tea which was fresh, she is diabetic and it's hard to find restaurants that don't serve her old tea. So she was happy. I got a grape slushy which was really good. it just took a very long time in the drive thru.
Staff is so slow waiting an hour in the drive thru. Then waited another 5-10mins at the intercom to never get my order taken.
Extremely slow service if you even get to place an order. They make it too hard to do business with. Ten minutes to place an order.
Order was wrong, food wasn’t fresh or hot, fries are soggy, the bread is BURNT…..it’s 11:30AM HOW IS THE FOOD NOT FRESH OR HOT?? Will not be eating here ever again.
My kid loves the corn dogs. Ordered online and JJ was very nice.
Terrible. 30 minute wait for a small cup of ice. This location is always slow. Need to train their staff to work faster, be more freaking efficient.
