Jacob by far was the best customer experience I've ever had! Truly went above and beyond. Ty from the bottom of my heart!
Sonic is a great place to go for a quick bite or a great slush... The service was decent and the staff was nice. Needs some upgrading with the areas at certain locations in Columbus Ga.
If I could get below one star I would.Arrived at this location at 10:30 p.m. an hour and a half before their closing time. The whole restaurant was super dark aside from light coming from the kitchen windows and three cars in the Drive-Thru. Automatically left the impression that all of the drive-up stalls were closed even though it was during normal business hours. So we reluctantly pulled up to the drive-thru. Again very dark aside from the cars in front of us idling with their lights on and the menu sign. Sat there for a total of 20 minutes, the first five just waiting to be greeted. That greeting was only received after I repeatedly inquired to as if they were even open. The greeting that I got in return was short clipped and rude, stating in to give her a few minutes. Over the next 15 minutes she never returned to take our order or update us on why we were waiting, and none of the other three cars moved an inch. At the end of the night we ended up having to drive 13 miles into Alabama to find a Sonic that was interested in doing business.If I was the owner of this establishment and had any interest in making money, I would probably remove all of the stuff that was on duty the other night from employment and restaff the whole store.
We stopped here for a quick snack after getting off work thought today would've been different since I haven't been in awhile but it was the same this this time we didn't get straws with the drink or the milkshake and they never give me ketchup when I ask for it this is ridiculous this was my last attempt going to this restaurant never will I go there again.
I ordered a number 5… a toaster BLT. I received regular white bread untoasted. Also my bacon was burnt. No apologies, no nothing. I waited 20 minutes for my order and asked for a refund, he refunded the whole order. I only wanted to blt refunded! I gave him the food back. Everytime I come to this location, the employees seems to have a great time laughing and joking inside, but fail to let the customer know that the order will be a little off! I don’t deserve burnt bacon, this looks like something that shouldn’t be served
This is the worst sonics in the history of fast foods!!!!! Whenever I order ahead and I go to the drive thru, they will say that I need to go to a stall. Then when I go to a stall, they I have to go to the drive thru. This is craziness! Then they say I can't change my drink order because they don't want to even though the option for a certain flavor isn't online. Then when they don't have something, they are willing to change it because they don't want to give a refund.
Food is always awful , took 45 mins to get a hot dog & a slushy, drink wasn’t a slushy when I got it , watery . Great customer service from the window. Everyone inside looked LOST & Overwhelmed maybe could use more help or experienced workers.
Who ever the girl is that was taking orders at 6:50 pm on may 14th needs to be fired . She was extremely rude . I sat at the drive thru speakers for 30 min meanwhile cars were pulling in behind me and having to wait just as long as me . Did not answer the speaker not once . I tried to pull up to the window she started at us and continued to spray a cleaner all over the place not caring about what food or drinks iui t was getting into . She has the worse attitude . I still gave this location the benefit of the doubt and pulled into parking to still order and try to spend money with them when I pulled in from leaving the drive thru the same lady answered the speaker you could tell cause her attitude on the speaker matched the attitude her face had when I pulled to the window for assistance. She is just over all a horrible employee and if you dont want your job quit . You dont treat customer bad cause you hate the the job YOU signed up for . Pathetic if you ask me . Won't come here again. Definitely not worth it . Over priced for attitude . Nah I'm okay I'll drive further to a different sonic for better attitude and better assistance. This location has gone completely down hill .
Would NOT recommend, my order was wrong. No spoons were provided with the blast that were order, no toy in the kids meals, no ketchup for the hotdogs, and I was missing a footlong. ZERO Stars
They've got Ocean Water. They've got Chili Cheese Dogs. They've got tots. This location on Manchester Expressway has been relatively consistent in 2021 and the first part of 2022. Buy and Ocean Water. You're welcome.
