I recently visited this smoothie king franchise and wasn’t completely satisfied due to the following.The cashier we experienced wasn’t as polite or maybe outgoing. She was speaking on the phone while also taking our order. She gave me a brochure of the smoothies, so once I was done I held the brochure out to give it back but she said “I don’t want that” and I told her “neither do I, that’s why I’m giving it back.”Then she proceeds to say “oh I can’t take that.”I just assumed it’s due to corona protocols. However she didn’t say that’s what that was or not.Then once we got our smoothies, I had ice chips floating through and at the bottom of my smoothie. My cousins smoothie was also watered down while my mother’s smoothie only tasted like peanut butter. You guys also didn’t have almond butter so my mother could switch out the peanut for almond. Not sure why you guys didn’t have any. My farther was the only one was okay with his smoothie. I hope you guys make improvements pertaining to lack of professional customer service and tasty smoothies especially since there’s not much thought to making these smoothies.
Don't EVER do this. Half the time you're waiting at the speaker for 5-10 minutes with no one else in the drive thru. The smoothies always have ice chunks in the bottom and I think they're selling the vitamins and protein out the back door because all their friends in their tricked out rides are blocking the closed lane. Only way you're getting decent products or services here is if you're cool or you're buying the stuff they're carrying out the back to put in their buddies cars!
OH MY GOODNESS!! I wish I knew the staffs name, but WHOEVER the two people who are working today during this crazy storm.. YOU are the real MVPs. My poor, pregnancy craving self ran out to get a smoothie and the two people working were PRECIOUS! Seriously! They totally just earned a customer FOR LIFE!
Fast and delicious and super nutritious! A great meal replacement when you just don't have time to eat healthy
This location is convenient. However, the staff is literally outside fighting. I can understand bad days but this is ongoing, they don’t have customer service etiquette at a basic level when answering your questions.

I frequent this smoothie king almost daily. I usually get a 20 oz smoothie, but this time I ordered a 40 oz to take home and split between to other containers. when I got the smootie it was coming out of the top as if it was over filled however when I opened it up it was only half filled. I am very disappointed.
Now I understand why this place looks closed down; it should be! Made our smoothies wrong, let them sit instead of letting is know they were ready. Just nasty. Even lied about recieving the order. How did you know to make the smoothies then?
I'll have to stick to the Smoothie King on Whitlesey Blvd cause the person who took my order this morning was EXTREMELY RUDE. She lacks customer service skills.
