Just had the worst experience at this location. I had separate orders, so I’m reading it off a paper. My receipts were wrong when I checked so I asked the young girl at the front if she heard me. She told me “you didn’t say that”. I told her I did. And told her about another receipt that was wrong. She looked at me and said “you didn’t say that either”. I said “yes I did. You just didn’t hear me” she rolls her eyes and closes the window. When she finally brings my strawberry peanut power there’s no peanut butter in it. Not a hint of taste or smell of it. I know how it’s made because I used to work at smoothie king for 4 years. I tell them there’s no peanut butter. It took 20 minutes to remake and it was still wrong. She handed it to me and walked off. No strawberry and I can taste that plant based vegan protein was used instead of the protein blend. I’m not sure if that was done out of spite or not but the smoothie is disgusting. I was late for work so I just drove off irritated. That did it for me for the Macon road location.
Showed up at 7:40 in the drive thru today and waited a few minutes, but no one answered. Pulled up to the window to see a worker mopping the floor and she purposely ignored us even after us waiting a couple of minutes. Their sign says they close at 8. We ended up just leaving.
I've been to this smoothie king on macon road in columbus GA 2 times. Each time I got there they had about 30 minutes before 9pm. 9 pm is their posted closing time. Each time I got there and pulled up to the drive thru nobody answered. When I pulled up to the window they told they don't close until 9 but they aren't taking anymore orders because there is only 2 of them working and they have to clean. Each time they were extremely rude and slammed the window in my face. The 2nd time the young man that was working the drive thru was on his phone while I was waiting at the drive thru window and he was just ignoring me. Each time I went to the brusters down the street and they were extremely kind and had exceIllent customer service and were very professional.
Pulled in to the drive thru tonight at 7:40, the store location closes at 8 on Sundays, we sat and waited a few minutes and no one came on to take our order. We pulled around to the window and the worker was sitting in the corner in the dark on her phone so we knocked on the window and she said she wasn’t taking any more orders. There were two people in front of us and two behind us in the drivethru. It’s a shame this business is losing out on money because the workers choose to close down early.
Excellent customer service, while visiting to get a smoothie the restaurant got a little backed up. The manger came out front to get everyone’s orders to make sure we all got taken care of. The manger had a conflict with a customer but from my opinion it was not the managers fault. The lady was very rude when the manager was just trying to explain the situation and give the lady a refund but the customer started yelling and being disrespectful. The manger handled it better than I would have. Regardless of how rude the lady was the manger didn’t let that stop her kind and positive attitude and customer service. I will definitely be back!!

I have been to this place a few times late in the evening and always get something is either broken/down or no one answers the speaker! I went by there today at 7:05! Employees inside prepping! Would not come to the window nor did they answer the speaker! When they looked up and saw us at the window they looked as though we were bothering them and neither employee made their way to the window! I told my husband just to pull off because I had already told him what they were going to do! I was hoping they proved me wrong but guess what! They didn’t! It’s sad when you put individuals in your establishment and trust that they will do the right thing and they do what they want to do! I will not be going back! I will gladly take my business somewhere that it will be appreciated and I don’t fill like I’m being a nuance’s!
Smoothie King on Macon Road in Columbus Georgia is the BEST. Just had the strawberry pineapple metabolism boost. And it was good as f***......????
I am very disappointed and very dissatisfied with this place of business. I ordered 3 strawberry banana smoothies and ALL of them were rotten and disgusting! One was for my one year old and he could’ve gotten sick! I was beyond disbelief, with what i had received since I have gotten items from this place before, that my items would come to me like this. And when I called to fix the issue, every employees attitude was DISGUSTING and rude! They were arguing and telling me that I was basically lying about what i had ordered! My experience this time would be less than one star, maybe even a negative star.
My smoothie was very bland and tasted like pure ice. They was having a conversation while taking my order and very rude. Place looked very disgusting at the window. Threw my smoothie out. Lost a customer for life
