If you don’t mind waiting for good food, this is the place to go. I also like that they have a drive thru if you don’t feel like going inside. Be warned though, the prices are not up to date in their drive thru. I ordered a catfish filet dinner which was supposed to be $11.99, and when I went to pay I was told my total is almost $18. The food is good and they give good portions but when I pay that much (not even including a drink) I expect to get a little more out of it.
Food and Service was HORRIBLE! The cashier is not not knowledgable in the Drive Thru. Fried Rice tasted sweet, catfish greasy and tasteless, chicken wings flavorless, and fries sucked. Order was not accurate. Tried speaking with manager, but was accomadating or concerned about our concerns. He was very nonchalant. Our family and will not partonize this establishment EVER!!!
I always love going to Shark’s! I’ve recently been trying to eat healthy and ordered the grilled chicken salad and we’ll a slice of lemon cake for dessert lol! The wait was pretty long since they were busy and make the food to order so no biggie ! The flavor was good as usual, this was my first time ordering this from here vs the fried catfish I typically get. Definitely recommend ??
Order the catfish nuggets they was delicious but didn't put no tarter sauce in my bag.
Their fried foods are some of the best in town. I adore their chicken wings. Not too much batter. Fish is tasty. Cakes a good.
I am not happy with the service I recieved..received... DO NOT use your card at the Victory Drive location... they will rum multiple charges on your card. We ordered a couple of dinners that came to around $30 and they tagged another $18 after I already paid. When I called to ask they said come in to speak to a manager and when I got there no one could tell me why. I take it they have to rob people to stay afloat.
This is a must stop by place. What an amazing experience. Excellent customer service, everyone is very nice.
This was my first time visiting. The cashier wasn't so friendly but I like that the food is cooked ? when you order it. I ordered the tilapia fish ?. It was seasoned good and ? hot. It wasn't enough cole slaw in cup but I will be visiting again when I can afford it!☺
I was visiting family in Columbus and my mom told me about Shark's Fish and Chicken. She wanted something for lunch and I took her to the restaurant. Be prepared to wait for a period of time due to your order being cooked at that time. We waited for over thirty minutes, but my mom really enjoyed her cajun grilled catfish, fried rice, okra, and a salad. I will try some next time!!!
The staff is delightful... the food was over fried and the cole slaw had some kinda of perfume taste. Every other time I have eaten here it was good.
