Really good! Ate here twice! Love the pull pork and the quick & great customer service! Unfortunately I won’t be eating here again because the last time I ate here my stomach was hurting extremely bad and the app wasn’t working to allow me to get my free sandwich so I had to payfor it and all the manager told me was to come back and he’ll give me a free one next time. Otherwise good food, would still recommend; just don’t think I’ll be eating here again due to those reasons.
The tables and chairs were sticky. I switched tables three times and all three were sticky. My can of soda got stuck and a audible rip happened when I moved it. Chicken strips were good. Pork was too sweet.The stickiness killed the expirence
We love Shane's. Love the ribs! Peach cobbler?? sooo good. I ordered a pan Mother's Day evening never thinking it would be as big as it was. Catering size. They could easily charge $10 more than they do for that huge pan Great food!!!!!!!
We ordered food through the Shane's app, paid & was given a time to pick up, we get there they have closed. I go in to pick up my food the cashier looked bewildered found our ticket on the counter went to the back to tell the person in charge, he says the door is locked no one should have gotten in. She is telling him I'm standing at the counter he walks out says he is sorry they have no cooks they are short staffed. He ssk if I ordered off Waiter & says I wll need to contact them for a refund. I state no I ordered off Shane's app he then itells the cashier to get my name they will refund the money. No refund yet so if it's not back today I will be calling. I understand short staffing but they need to fix things with the app so if they are closing they will not take anymore orders.

Wonderful BBQ for take-out. Got the big dad sandwich and smoked honey garlic wings. Sandwich was just pulled pork bbq sandwiched in toast, and it was basic but great. Wish it had more sauce to it, but the bread had a great crust and texture that made the sandwich amazing. The smoked wings were a bit small, but the smokey flavor came out very well. I wish the wings were bigger, but the flavor was still immaculate. Wish to return for more!

Ribs are always delicious. Really all the food is wonderful, I love the fried okra.It's small dine in area is great for the family atmosphere. It's worth a try.
Food is OK but the people are rude. I tried to order one of the family specials from their website and she said "I don't think we don't have specials" she sounded new, so not a big deal that she didn't know offhand. I asked her to double check w her Manager since it says their location has those specials. She put me on hold then hung up on me. What a nice Christian company.
